GoogleOur move in with Arden properties was seamless and simple. Morag our agent was especially helpful and accommodating throughout the process. Communication was excellent and she took her time to help us with all our questions. I would recommend her and Arden Properties for Edinburgh students.

Hello Ernest, I am very sorry to hear that you disagree with our policy of ensuring that tenants have a regular income in order to pay their rent. We do need to be very careful as the legislation in Scotland makes it a difficult and lengthy process for landlords to end tenancies if things go wrong.

GoogleI spoke to a member of staff through the phone a few days ago and she was very dismissive of what i had to say and ended the phone call twice while i was talking, put me off from renting here.

GoogleI have had nothing but positive experience with Arden. I used to find the old version of the year end statement quite confusing to decipher, but that has improved a lot so no issues there anymore. Overall I can't imagine working with anyone else. Everything has always been clear and easy.
