Didn't have the same service standard as depicted here. Had to chase for 3 weeks before getting a report. That was pre-covid.I was dealing with the Hamilton office, property in ML11 7BH. That was a disappointing experience.

We have just used Allied Surveyors for EPC for our properties on the Isle of Mull and found them to be excellent throughout the process. Where work was needed he discussed what was required and was willing to return, free of charge, and check, thereby avoiding unnecessarily poorer scores that could be achieved.Reports were provided promptly.
