Absolute Rubbish

Do not trust any thing provided within a home report provided by this firm when purchasing a property. The report was inaccurate in its entirety. There are far too many critical errors in the report to detail on this review. The report is not worth the paper it is written on. They have cost us thousands. If you see a fault when viewing - walk away. Do not trust a thing this company say. If a qualified surveyor cannot distinguish between catastrophic faults and minor faults, then clearly their documentation is worthless. Do not bother appealing to them. There is no point. Go straight to Court.

From start to finish I was impressed by the organisation apparent in the Perth office. The survey date was quickly arranged and the surveyor, Mr Mark Hall, arrived exactly on time. Excellent service from Stephen from Allied Surveyors for our Home Report. Their surveyor got the measurement of my floor area wrong when I was buying the house - he over-estimated it by 25m2, and as a result I paid too much for the house. When I discovered it a few years later, he came to my house, measured it again, admitted he got it wrong the first time, but all he said was 'sorry'. As if it was about £5. If I had more mental strength I would sue them for professional negligence.

I contacted Allied Surveyors on Monday 6th May for a quote to arrange a home report, they responded the next working day and I had a a visit from Scott to survey the property on Thursday that same week. Arrived on time and was professional as was the home report that followed. Scott was helpful and amended the report to accommodate recommended repairs being carried out prior to the property being marketed for sale. Fantastic service well recommended.
