TrustpilotThis company is to be avoided at all…
This company is to be avoided at all costs! Very unprofessional, ignorant and inaccurate. I had a pre-sale valuation done by couple of estate agents and another surveyor, which was roughly the same and then came Allied Surveyor's rep Jim Harold who was late, was in the property for about 5 minute (did not even entered all rooms) and valued the property 50K less then other professionals! His valuation was primarily based on the price I paid for the property few years ago with no consideration whatsoever to total house remodelling including masonry, all around heating systems, new bathrooms, new kitchen, etc. as well as 'apparent' comparison of similar properties-which was an utter lie, as surrounding properties were sold way above the price of my property. Only after his horrendous misdemeanour I was told by one of the estate agents that this man is known in the area for such behaviours and noone should let him in for any surveys and valuations. 1 star is too much. Avoid at all costs! DESPICABLE on all levels!

GoogleAllied are working with known criminal Tony Pia and his associates. Avoid at all cost. Tony has threatened at gun point and illegally evicted and now stolen deposit and rent payments, and failed to return after 6 months on! Avoid at all cost.

TrustpilotGreat Experience with Iain Mercer at Allied Scotland
I have been working with Iain over the past year trying to find a commercial property to buy. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, fair and great fun to work with during this process, and he helped us to get Cockenzie Business Centre Suites in October 2019. His assistant Allison does a super job as well. I trust Iain implicitly, and look forward to a great future working together on other acquisitions, and helping tenants to find a great place to work from.

GoogleAllied Surveyors provided me with excellent advice on the purchase of a Grade II listed building - crucially offering me the advice for free when they could have easily chosen to carry out a full survey and charge me for it. A transparent, fair, and professional firm who I will certainly use in the future if the need arises.

TrustpilotSmart Works Edinburgh
We are a charity, our office was about to be knocked down and we had been desperately looking for new premises. Cannot overstate how grateful we are for the help received - way beyond what might be expected. From a swift first viewing, through the legalities, and the dealings with the landlord, we received an efficient, fast and kindly service. We are now in our new office. We are grateful for the help we've had to help our clients. Thank you. And highly recommended.

Chris Highton at Allied gave us immeasurable help and reassurance with our very complex court action recently. Not only was his advice clear and concise, it dealt with all aspects of property some of which was far from straight forward and he always produced his advice timeously ,and on site visits was accomodating, friendly and knowledgeable.
