GoogleLouise was extremely helpful with all the necessary paperwork for our tenancy agreement, getting everything sorted for us in a few short days. Louise responded to all of our questions and queries attentively, and was friendly throughout the whole process. We would happily work with her and Albany Lettings again.

GoogleFlorence was extremely helpful during the viewing and was able to answer all our questions. She made the process extremely simple and very quick. Although we did opted not to go for the property the experience we had with the team was great and we would definitely recommend using them.

GoogleHad such a fantastic experience with Stuart and his team at Albany Lettings, Bruntsfield. Stuart created a great promotional video of my property, advised me of all compliant works to be carried out, gave me details of reputable companies who carried out the works within the week, advertised for and screened prospective tenants and arranged viewings. From meeting Stuart at the property for the first time to having compliant works done, viewings, credit checks, inventory, tenancy drawn up and tenants moving in took less than two weeks from start to finish. GoogleWe spoke to Finn at Albany Lettings about a property we were interested in. The property did not meet our requirements but the service was exceptional! Finn was really friendly and accommodating over the phone, by email, and in person. He did everything he could to help us arranging a viewing quickly and providing us with as much information about the property as he could. It's an extraordinarily busy time for all the agents in the city right now and it must be very stressful for all involved, but Finn was by far the friendliest and most cooperative person that we've spoken to across all of our talks with various agents, and we wish that there were more people as helpful as he was!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe had the pleasure of working with Louise and Albany Lettings and it was a great experience start to finish. We were in the US looking for a flat in Edinburgh and she was communicative and flexible to our needs when it came to viewings and email communication. The process is definitely different than in the US (specifically NY where my partner and I were coming from) but Louise was informative every step of the way and never made us feel like our questions were burdensome. I would highly recommend this letting agency!

GoogleIt’s my first time to deal with Albany Lettings and they were up for a great standard! Louise has been very helpful and responsive. When I had some difficulties to get one of the needed documents, Louise found ways to get around this and sort this out.

GoogleIn these times it is very hard to find an apartment in Edinburgh we have noticed. There is a lot of demand and very few supply. However, Albany Lettings managed to give us a great tour true one of their properties and helped us out a lot applying for viewings. I would like to thank them and especially Nicola and Amy for their great help and support.

GoogleI'm apartment hunting in Edinburgh right now, and I've called ACE a couple times when they listed properties on CityLet. Both times I spoke to Marcus, and he was absolutely wonderful. He not only booked me for viewings, but also went above and beyond providing advice and working to get me in to the earliest viewing possible for a more competitive edge. It's a hard market right now, but I truly do feel like Marcus (and ACE) care about prospective tenants and are doing their best to match people to apartments.

GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Albany lettings whilst looking for a flat in Edinburgh. They were able to accommodate me by allowing my relocation agent to live stream the viewing because I was still in Toronto, Canada. Our communications were polite, respectful, friendly, and professional, especially with Laura and Bethany. Laura understood my plight of flat hunting as an Int'l and Bethany gave us a thorough walk-through of the amazing flat. Regardless of the outcome, I highly recommend them if you are searching for flats. Their enquiry form was easy and simple. No need clicking too many pages/buttons/drop down icons in order to be told "no booking available etc.". If you are suitable for the flat, you will definitely get a reply. You just have to act fast because viewing slots are taken ASAP.
