It’s been three years since Aberdein Considine supported me and my family… For any of you going through what I once was, April and her team here will support you. Very scary experience for me and my son being a dad and his boy. Trust the process, stand by what your believe in… be you! Aberdein Considine was and have been amazing went over an above what was expected, I worked with a lady called April and she supported our family from the very beginning. There is more to the court process for any newbies like me it’s a scary and horrendous experience but April and her team looked after us every step of the way…. I couldn’t be more thankful enough than what I am today… I owe my family to April and her team she gave us a new beginning… I could not recommend Aberdein Considine enough.. they’re all very supportive and will be with you every single step of the way… Personally I never write reviews… but for the support that April and her team gave me and my family I wanted to share our experience to help and encourage others just like me in their shoes…

Finlay, Dawn and Alana were so supportive taking the stress away from the process, and their confidence was reassuring. Alana’s knowledge and advice on the current market was particularly helpful and she negotiated a great deal for me. Hoping my new purchase will be as smooth!!

Selling our flat has been a smooth experience with Aberdein Considine. We used them to purchase it in 2019 and because of the positive experience then, chose to use them to market our flat. We had an offer accepted on the property within a couple of weeks of going onto the market. Jordan, Becky and the team were great in keeping in contact with us. Would highly recommend!

The week towards the actual closing date was handled deftly by the team. Morven was attentive and supportive. The selling of the property went less well in that there would be weeks gone by when we didn't hear from anyone. I guess no news is no news but it didn't feel that there was effort being put in, even though I am sure there was.

I cannot recommend these lawyers enough and Jade was absolutely wonderful. I came to her at a time I needed things to move fast and she prioritised me, keep me in the loop with everything happening and we got into our new home in time for leaving our last one. I had a great experience with the company from the get-go. Dealt with Devon when purchasing a property and she was always helpful and quick to get back to me regarding updates or any queries I had. I have other family who are looking into selling property and have recommended AC as a company to use.

GoogleI made the mistake of going with Aberdein Considine to sell & buy a flat, as I was able to get discount on their fee through work. They vastly undersold my old flat - they pressured me to accept the first offer that came along, despite the fact it was a low offer and I owned an incredible flat. Their manner was unprofessional - went I wavered on accepting the bid, they became upset and told me I needed to accept it straight away. When it came to buying a flat, they were just as poor - pressuring me to place bids / up my bids for properties I didn't even want. They refused to listen to my preferences and concerns, and it was clear they just wanted me to hurry up and buy something. These transactions had huge repercussions for me, and it was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. I regret letting myself be swayed by this company. I was just a number to them, and all they wanted was the commission from the sale & the purchase no matter what. Stay well away.

I cannot fault this branch at all. From the very start of our journey looking for a property Sheena, Danielle and Stevie were all exceptional. It took us a whole year to find a property and not once did the support waiver. Danielle in particular had many a phone call, email and tears and was always her helpful happy self. Highly recommend

They helped me find a house, then when I moved to Germany I use their service to rent the property and finally sell it. These solicitors are great, even when something did not work with property maintenance, like during Covid, they were always happy to listen and recognise the problems.
