GoogleIn my street “The PropertyShop” rented out two houses to good neighbourly people. Therefore I decided to choose them to let my property.. The sales consultant Byanka came to inspect the property and put it on the market next day.she answered all the queries competently. “The property Shop”found the tenant within a week and the whole process was professional and efficient.

GoogleProfessional tenant finding service. Having suffered poor reference checking with Winkworths was pleased that this wasn't the case here. Very efficient contract signing and making sure everything is in place prior to the tenancy, and ensuring the changeover for utiltiies etc was undertaken. Great all round service.

GoogleI received a message on the phone in which I was informed of a property appearing on the Market, I called, and no, only that you were prompt, from the very beginning they were very kind and waited 30 minutes until we got to see the Property! I met very professional people who helped me get the keys in a few days! We had the opportunity to work with Bianca, a very kind and open person to help you take the right steps!! An agency for everyone! Respect
