We had a great experience renting a property through The Property Shop and would highly recommend them. From the beginning, the process was smooth, professional, and easy to manage. The team was supportive throughout, and Hiten was especially helpful with his expert advice, prompt communication, and genuine guidance. We really valued the honest and useful advice we received along the way, which made a big difference and helped make the whole process much less stressful. A big thank you to Hiten for his support and for making everything so seamless.

We recently bought our home through this estate agent and had the pleasure of working with Sujit, he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Buying a house can be stressful, but Sujit made the whole process feel smooth and organised. He was always quick to respond, kept us updated at every stage, and went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his positive, proactive approach really stood out. We always felt reassured knowing he was handling things. We’re so grateful for all his help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sujit to anyone, he’s genuinely fantastic at what he does!”

My experience with the rent exit process was disappointing. There was no clear communication regarding the deposit refund, and I had to take the initiative myself to chase information and figure out the next steps. The lack of information and guidance was bad.

We had the best experience with The Property Shop. We were able to sold our property quickly after being in the market for 1 year with another agent. We are glad we made the switch. The team was very helpful and professional. Sujit was looking after us and supported us throughly with all the process. It was a pleasure to work with him and we highly recommend their services. Thank you Sujit once again from Gurung family.

The most beautiful experience off all my experience in this country since I have lived here ( 10-11years); the best agency-fairness, professionalism , speed and understanding towards people ( tenants)and of course, last but not least, the best agent Bianca,( i sei this with all my heart) with a conscience and a profesionalism more difficult to meet in recent years!!! Thank you for your time, dear Agency !Thank you to everyone who participated in this process , thank you Bianca!

I had an excellent experience with The Property Shop. Their staff were nice, efficient and made the process easier and friendly. Particularly, Dana and Anna have been very helpful and had an effective communication. Me, my friend and my cousin had dealt three properties and we have had the same brilliant experience. I wish them a lot of success and wish them best of luck to serve more to their clients and to the community.

The best agency in the area. I will only use the Property Shop. Bianca was an amazing agent and found me tenants quickly at a good price when previous other agencies in the area before I found The Property Shop undervalued my property. Bianca got me a great price and helped me through the process. I’m very grateful to find this quality of agent and I wholly recommend this agency as the best I’ve ever worked with.
