My family and kids were looking for a place to rent and was recommended to speak to Hiten at the Property Shop. What a fantastic decision. Hiten was at hand to deal with what we were looking for and more. He letted us a beautiful two double bedroom in Elstree and Borehamwood. The place was amazing and he was so efficient in all the dealings. We were renting whilst we looked for a place to purchase and Hiten was always available to answer any questions relating to the contracts and if we had to leave early. We now have found the perfect place and if we ever need to rent again this is the first place we will be coming. Thank you Hiten and the property shop.

"I recently rented a house through The Property Shop, and I have to say I'm incredibly impressed with their service. From the very first viewing, they were attentive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local property market. Once we decided to rent the property, they made the entire process seamless, handling all the paperwork and legalities with ease. They were always available to answer any questions we had and kept us updated throughout the process. Since moving in, they have continued to provide excellent service, always responding quickly to any maintenance issues and ensuring everything is running smoothly. I feel like they genuinely care about their tenants and go above and beyond to ensure their needs are met. Overall, I would highly recommend The Property Shop to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy property agent. Thank you for everything!" Especially Thank you BIANCA and ANNA.

The best letting agency I have ever experienced in UK. The staff were very helpful, cooperative and very patient throughout the process. Also showed us the best properties in Luton to rent in affordable prices for students. I would definitely recommend to try The Property Shop for lettings especially for students who need best properties in affordable prices. Finally very satisfied with the service.

Amazing experience with The Property Shop. We had the pleasure of dealing with Dario who has been amazing throughout the whole process of selling our home. Dario really listened to us and delivered a flawless service. Everything was done in-house, from photography to floor plans which I found were better than the professional photographers other estate agents use! The ad was up within a day and sold the next day!!! I was with another “well known” estate agent for 4 months and no sale so to have our property sold within days was just fantastic! Communication has been EXCELLENT and Dario provided us with consistent guidance and support along the way. Thank you so very much for making the process of selling our home so easy and for being so approachable! Highly highly recommend.

We have used Property Shop to rent out our properties in the past and we did so again recently. We can easily say that we’d continue going back to them - very professional in their dealings and always open and transparent with us on their views of the market. They are not the typical estate agent, as they really take time to understand you as a customer. We’ve dealt personally with Hiten, but his staff and in particular Anna, continue to be very responsive and manage to sort out live matters very quickly. A real pleasure to work with this team and we’d have no hesitation in recommending them.

Dario was the man I dealt with for my first time buy. There was tension and pressure from all sides at times as sale was needed by a certain time. Overall the right result for everyone and communication was always there with Dario. He listened to both sides and tried to help wherever he could. For the stress side of buying a property for first time I would say was a pretty stressful for myself even at the very end. But thankfully we got there. Thanks Dario. Would recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

After looking to rent a property for months and attending 20+ viewings with various estate agents, we finally found the perfect place with just one viewing with Mia. They have high quality properties in great locations, and everything was so prompt. It took exactly one week from viewing the property to moving in, Mia was very swift and the property was off the market on the day we viewed it with all other referencing and documents processed in a matter of days. Even after moving in, Mia and Hiten have been very helpful and friendly - definitely feel comfortable renting with The Property Shop and i'm confident we'll be looked after as tenants.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We all know selling your property can be a stressful time and the Property Shop (with Dario and Hiten as my main contacts) exceeded my expectations with their professionalism, consistency with regular updates, flexibility and knowledge as SMEs within the property market. The process was smooth from start to finish. What makes the Property Shop at the forefront in comparison to other estate agents is down to their client management, offering a personable and approachable service catering for each clients needs whilst maintaining a high standard of professionalism. The photos Dario produced of the property were of high quality, and the valuable advice and guidance from Hiten were duly noted resulting in positive outcomes. I would highly recommend the Property Shop and I wouldn't hesitate using them again in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I initially had my property on the market with a couple of estate agents. After 3 months of little to no progress, I brought on The Property Shop amongst other local estate agents. It is safe to say that Dario and Hiten went above and beyond to get viewings. From my experience, The Property Shop is one of VERY FEW estate agents who take a proactive approach and give 100% focus to their clients. The fact that The Property Shop managed to get most of the offers compared to other estate agents is testament to this. Dario and Hiten never made me feel like they were too busy to talk to me. Unforunately other estate agents were usually too busy to talk to me or had a certain arrogance about them. However, Dario and Hiten are both down-to-earth people who get the job done very effectively. They were also very flexible, which helped us substantially. Our sale process was more complicated that usual. However, Dario and Hiten were always at hand to escalate issues and help speed up the process - whether it was the middle of the week or the weekend. They went out of their way to help me secure our purchase too. If you are looking for an estate agent to sell your property in Edgware, I would very highly recommend going with The Property Shop over any other estate agent in the area. Thanks for the top service!
