GoogleIn such a short space of time I experienced a lot. I won’t go in to details specifically to keep it confidential, But I didn’t really know the property shop or staff well and they didn’t really know me. But what I will say is, the property shop stayed true to their word and stuck by my side to make sure the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently, with my best interests kept in mind which really made me happy and solidified trust. That’s all you can ask for really especially if you are planning to rent long term, you want an estate agent that is responsive to your concerns, considers how you feel and values you as a customer and can give you reassurance if at any time you have any doubts. On that note I would recommend the property shop, and I look forward to renting with them for the next few years.PositiveResponsiveness
