View AgentsA team of true professionals
I was recommended to use ABC to help me evict a horrific tenant from my property that another agent had put in, they evicted them with ease and they are helping me pursue the tenant to get the rent arrears paid. They are a team of true professionals, I will not use any other agent from now on!

GoogleIf I could give them zero stars I would. The whole company is a shambles. They have no idea what they are doing.
Agent replied
Dear Lucy, I have checked our records and we do not have a client with this name on our system. I have checked with my colleagues and no one recognised the situation you portray? I have to wonder if this post is by a competing agent seeking to tarnish our name? This negative review is clearly posted by the same person who has posted all the other negative reviews and has a personal agenda. Happily our real clients are pleased to post positive reviews based on their actual experience.

GoogleSeeing ABC’s many boards around Edgware I must admit I was a little sceptical but I called them, and their sales manager came to value my property that same day. They provided a realistic valuation, an efficient, friendly and courteous service, and found me a purchaser very quickly. I couldn’t be happier.

FacebookI personally have a problem with ABC as our garden seems to be a flytipping spot and ABC takes long time to collect the rubbish (only if asked), they charge lots for this service, around £700 at year and they don't do anything to solve this problem. For this reason I don't recommend this company.
