Sold our house in Otford in September Can't recommend highly enough. Customer service to their fingertips. So useful having a 7 day a week service. Quickly reconstructed the chain when it collapsed mid transaction. Once the sale price was agreed the were so pro active at helping bring the transaction to a conclusion responding at all hours. Unlike any other Estate Agent experience. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends.

If you are reading reviews, then you may be trying to decide who to use as an agent to sell you house. Look at the other reviews of buyers - that will tell you a great story - the type of story you want to hear from people who will buy your home. I can tell you what it was like to have them as agents in our sale. In our experience, through the entire process of selling our home, Platform have been excellent. From the creation of the listing, through to arranging and organising the visits, and finally, to finalising the sale and working with solicitors to complete, the folks at Platform have been friendly, professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. We dealt with many agencies when looking at other houses to buy and found none to be as good as Platform. Platform recognise the importance of the internet in the way people buy and sell homes today but also provide a full service agency - really, the best of both worlds. You add to this that they are fantastic value for money - well, we've been delighted.

Fantastic service and extremely patient with my circumstances. Having split with my partner and obtaining court proceedings the house sale was never going to be easy. However thankfully Mark and Co and platform literally took away as much stress as they could and handled the sale professionally. We always knew exactly what was going on, who was viewing, the feedback, all without prompting. Really impressed how they helped to tie the whole sale together after offer too. Although I like to keep an eye on things also, it was nice to know that they were pushing to get everything across the line. Can't be any more happy and if I could give a 6th star here I would!! Don't use anybody else, they are fantastic.

What can I say about the team at Platform Property that hasn't already been said. They really are a team and not individuals working towards their own targets. The photographer took amazing photos of our house and Platform Property were able to add them quickly not only to their own website but the major portals giving it maximum exposure. From the moment we put our house on the open market they had viewings lined up and people through the door. We were kept informed of any feedback from our viewings and anytime you rang the office they were polite, interested and willing to help. Not only did they help sell our property but also helped find our new home. After viewing a couple of houses with them and missing out on one they found "our house" giving us a call before it came to market. Once we had agreed with our buyer and seller, we were then in contact with their after sales team who then helped get us over the line in terms of dealing with solicitors and any queries that arose in the short time frame that we were given. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again it was an absolute pleasure. I feel like we are more friends than clients after this experience. So professional, friendly and passionate about their area and jobs it just flows from Tom and Dan through the whole company. Platform Property were representing the house sellers of a house we purchased recently in what was a complicated, large chain of 6 houses. During the 6 months it took to get the purchase complete there were many complications and more than a few times when everything almost fell through. It was stressful, often confusing and information flow was not the best because of the large chain and number of agencies and solicitors involved. However during the whole experience Platform Property where the guiding light, leading the way to get things moving and complete. This was over and above my own estate agent who for much of the process were nowhere to be found and only really ever seemed to get into action when Platform Property had got the information, sometimes information from our own buyer! We dealt with Platform Property more than our own esate agent and they provided me most of the information and from what I can tell they did this for most of the people in our chain. At the centre of this was Toni Keath who literally was available 24/7 to get things complete. She was available on her days off and quite honestly needs to take a brek. Having someone that dedicated in a situation where it seemed lots of other people in the process didn't care was such a relief. I honestly believed that Toni wanted to get everything sorted for everyone and when a problem arose I could tell it affected Toni as much as it did us. Toni had no responsability to provide the informaiton, help and assistance to us that she did but she was on hand for the whole process. I can only imagine that this was stressful for her as well with people being annoyed, upset and angry but she never seemed to let that waiver her determination to get things completed. Entirely professional throughout. This is all to say that generally during the sale and purchase of a house there are seemingly a lot of people who ask for a lot of money. Most of the time I have no idea why I am paying so much money to these people as they, for the most part they don't seem to earn it. In the case of Platform Property I didn't pay them a penny and yet they offered me a service that completely justified the cost I would have incurred. So I have no issue in recommending them an will be using them in the future if I ever decide to sell. As for feedback to Platform Property I would do everything you can to keep Toni around as I have genuinely not met many people that would pull out all the stops like she did for us. Very impressive.

Why use a Multi National Estate Agent when a local agent not only provides a better service but is also more cost effective . Platform Properties offer a new improved way of selling properties. Their young team are helpful and efficient and always go that extra mile not only to sell your property but to ensure that the whole process remains on course to completion. Having moved numerous times in the past using a variety of different estate agents Platform Properties are the best I would certainly recommend them to friends and family and should we move in the future they are the only Esate Agents I would use. We just wanted to write a quick review as we feel the guys at Platform property have excelled themselves and definately deserve the recognition. The whole process from start to finish was dealt with professionally and everything went so quickly, so many people have commented that they have never known a sale to go through with such ease! It all seemed to go so smoothly that we worried it was some sort of Scam! Gladly i can report there is no scam, just the great guys at Platform doing the best job they can. We were never left waiting and they always did anything they could to keep the lines of communication clear between us and the vendor so any queries were answered really quickly. We have recently been involved in a protracted sale and purchase that lasted six months and I cannot rate too highly the service we received from Platform Property in the purchase of our new property especially from Toni , Platform's sales progressor. In what proved to be difficult circumstances Toni's level of communication was excellent, responding immediately to any emails we sent and providing us with regular updates and dealing with the other parties' solicitors and agents effectively and efficiently. Best agents in Westerham and surrounding areas. We used Platform Property to sell our house in Westerham. From start to finish the team were brilliant. A constant flow of viewings with feedback to each viewing almost immediately. Our house beautiful as it was sat directly on a very busy road which made the sales process slightly more challenging. The team, Tom, Dan, George and Toni managed the expectations of viewings ahead of their visits so people were happy to live at such close proximity to the road which made sure their were no surprises, nor time wasters. We sold the house after only 2 months of Platform being instructed after other agents far less proactivity. Much cheaper on the fees too! Honestly, using Platform is a win, win situation all round. Can't speak highly enough of these guys. Best ever.

Intelligent company with excellent attention to detail. Photos showcased our home very well and they supported prospective buyers with friendly expertise. That’s almost the easy part. Once ‘Sold Subject to Contract’, Toni worked tirelessly at negotiating with solicitors, buyers and agents, ensuring effective communication and keeping the sale moving. Despite considerable stress (due to solicitors) she remained calm, positive and determined and we completed on our designated date. Pro-active, hard-working, friendly, forward thinking and very professional. Platform have a great work ethic and modern approach to estate agency that was a massive breath of fresh air after we had tried using a more traditional high street agent initially. Their use of social media and extended working hours definitely helped in the sale of our property. They were friendly, professional and very good at keeping in touch with us. The quality of photography that they provided was really excellent, including some 'lifestyle' shots and details that conveyed the character of the house marvellously. I recently bought a house through platform property and found everyone in the office (oxted branch) to be very friendly and helpful. The sales progressor - Toni - regularly kept us updated with the status of the sale and really helped push things along, by regularly touching base with all solicitors and estate agents in the sale chain. To have this level of service, especially when you are a first time buyer, provided great reassurance throughout a period of time which could naturally be quite stressful.

Completed the sale of our house today. In the current difficult market it's hard to know what is a realistic price, and Tom's valuation was a fair bit below other agents, but very quickly started to generate viewings and we had an offer within a few months. Achieving a good sale of a large family house is highly valued & Platform did so with friendly speed and efficiency. We must also single out Toni Keath for all her help, always at the end of a phone and often updating us on progress before we'd thought to ask, which was hugely reassuring. We loved their local knowledge and the way they marketed our house - the photos were great. Quite simply- The best there is. To say the team at Platform have gone above and beyond for myself and my family in this last 7/8months, due to harrowing personal circumstances, is a huge understatement. As a company they have held out hands through some of the bumpiest rides never being pushy or overbearing. Only ever being sympathetic and totally understanding and literally bending over backwards to help and make things as easy as possible for us. From putting my mother and fathers house on the market to securing a property for them to move into as quickly as possible- they have been a dream to deal with. They have something very special and rare and that's the fact they care! The team at Platform are absolutely superb. Each member of staff we came across was very knowledgable, personable and helpful. After they came to value our home we didn't even have another agency in as we could tell they were at the top of their game. Moving home can be stressful and because platform have a dedicated sales progression team we felt that they were doing everything they could for us during the stressful times, it is clear when dealing with other agents in the process just how good platform really are!
