We were really impressed with Platform and would highly recommend you and the team to anyone looking to sell in our area. We sold a 'high value' property through Platform in 2019. We really rated the responsiveness, communication and enthusiasm of the team. One of the local agents called us a couple of months in to the process and the gist of the conversation was that we had opted for the low cost option - and that perhaps this was a limitation. This was never the case - and we think that Platform has a superior offering. Platform's approach is aligned with modern buyers who want to undertake viewings at weekends and bank holidays with professional agents (rather than Saturday staff) who are knowledgable. Highly recommended.

The whole team at Platform Property really have been a delight to work with. Professional and helpful throughout our house moving process I really could not fault them at all. The original images and floor plan was definitely produced to a standard above other local agents and with so many viewing the house online first off, this was such a key area for us. We chose to go with Platform for three key reasons: their proactive approach to the house sales process (not just sitting back and waiting for the phone to ring), being open for viewings evenings and weekend including Sundays (a perfect day for a working household to view) and finally the fact that they had sold several houses very recently in our local area. They took time to get to know our house so they could do viewings with potential buyers giving them as much information as possible from the outset. They managed the post offer to completion phase closely, making sure both parties were always kept in the loop, chasing solicitors regularly to make sure everything ran to the timescales expected. I wouldn’t hesitate using this company again if we ever decide to move in the future. Thank you so much to the whole team!

We used Platform Property to sell our house in Westerham. From start to finish the team were brilliant. A constant flow of viewings with feedback to each viewing almost immediately. Our house beautiful as it was sat directly on a very busy road which made the sales process slightly more challenging. The team, Tom, Dan, George and Toni managed the expectations of viewings ahead of their visits so people were happy to live at such close proximity to the road which made sure their were no surprises, nor time wasters. We sold the house after only 2 months of Platform being instructed after other agents far less proactivity. Much cheaper on the fees too! Honestly, using Platform is a win, win situation all round. Can't speak highly enough of these guys. Best ever.
