We cannot recommend Platform Property highly enough! Tom initially showed us round the property. He was very polite and courteous and was helpful and knowledgable about the house and the vendor. From putting the offer in to completion, no matter which member of the team we spoke to, they were always polite, friendly and did what they could to help or answer questions. Sophie, George and Dan, as well as Tom were all brilliant and we can't thank them enough. Would recommend to anyone!! Thanks Platform!!

We purchased our property from Platform which was a great experience. We had an extremely hard time when it came to selling our property and moving into our dream home. Everything that could go wrong did, sale fell through, buyer pulling out, paperwork not completed, you name it it happened to us. To say we were feeling a little down trodden would be an understatement and our faith in estate agents was near to zero. Then we met Toni from Platform. Toni was like a shining beacon in a dense, dark wood. If it wasn't for Toni I believe we would still be living at our house in Bromley. Toni is exemplary at her job, she is thorough, determined, pragmatic and above all she is honest and friendly. I can't thank Toni enough for her help in moving and she is a true asset to the company. During the process she actually felt like a friend who had my back and wanted the best for us.

I would not hesitate to recommend Platform Property to anyone thinking about moving house. Tom was brilliant from the start, very straightforward and certainly clear on managing expectations unlike other agents I met. He had my house under offer very swiftly and as I struggled to find the perfect house for me was in constant contact with anything new he had coming up. Tom actually found the perfect house for me and let me see it before it went on the marked and his judgement was right and I made an offer on the front door step. For various reasons including the chain falling through twice the whole transaction was very lengthy. Tom and Dan kept me updated and even when I was being a terrible pain by emailing every five minutes to find out if we had 'any news' and also when I was being a real moaner they were patient and very pro active with pushing things on. As an aside I think when your agent makes the effort to pop in the day after you move to congratulate you it really does say a lot about their investment in their clients.

I used two estate agents before thankfully meeting Tom. I had been given unrealistic valuations on what my property could achieve in the current market just so that the agents could get me onto their books, it became apparent quickly that this is one way Estate Agents are measured and rewarded. Once signed up with the agents we became invisible very quickly. I met Tom a few months after our property had come to market and signed up with Platform Property. Tom is pro-active, honest and empathetic and these qualities transcend down through to his staff. Platform Property offer a unique approach to estate agency that gave me confidence and faith in the process, I never doubted them and they didn't disappoint. Tom is tireless in his efforts, always trying new and innovative ways to sell your property. HE NEVER GIVES UP! He constantly gave me updates on what was going on and was always one step ahead, this was very re-assuring. I would recommend Platform Property to anyone who wants to sell their home and get an honest and professional service. If Tom can't sell your property , no one can!

I've not written a recommendation on here before but I think this one is more than deserved. I've had the most stressful house sale and purchase, due to outside influences, but I have to say Platform Property have been amazing. Toni, their after sales lady is just unique. We had a very good experience with Platform Property, working with Stuart, Yasmine, Toni and Juliet through the process of looking for, visiting, and making an offer on a property. We were impressed from the start by the PP team's accuracy in finding properties that matched our criteria, and then by their consistently friendly, professional approach. Hearing Yasmine's cheerful greeting on the line always added a bit of brightness to the day, sometimes much needed! Sadly some unexpected problems left us unable to go through with our hoped-for purchase, but the manner in which Stuart (and Toni) handled this and helped us and others in the chain was truly exemplary and left us feeling a lot less dreadful than we would have without the understanding, practical knowledge and genuine kindness of the whole team. It demonstrated well that it's not just how the successes are celebrated but how the failures are dealt with that tells you what's really going on, and in this Platform Property's attitude impressed me greatly.
