GoogleI am extremely impressed by the service that I have received. Selling a house can be very stressful, but the team led by Joseph made it feel so easy with their high level of professionalism. The staff, especially James Lambert have been friendly and helpful. I have no reservations to recommend to friends.

They listened to what was important to us, they understood the market and were always very quick to respond to messages, keeping us informed and up-to-date. I cannot give enough praise to Dan at Legrys in Tunbridge Wells. From the moment a valuation was made at my apartment to the day of completion the upmost professionalism was shown. Dan’s communication was honest, regular and insightful. He went above and beyond his role, ensuring all parties involved were informed and dealt with situations efficiently. The Team @ LeGrys were very good and professional. After failing to sell with another agent, the first interaction was informative, they were quick to get photos and the listing done. Between agents we had 3 months and they were in constant comms. We always dealt with the same few people after seeming being passed round the previous agent. Did a good job. Can't fault. They even waived the No tie-in due to our previous experience which they didn't have to do.

I was dubious about trying another agent as I had been on the market with two of what I thought were the big hitters in Town. I had been recommended LeGrys and I was NOT disappointed. They listened, they advised the changes I should make, they understood the market and most importantly, they put my wishes into practice. From the offset, I felt informed and in control - what’s more, I was under offer in two Weeks, this time with a chain that had been checked and verified. Thank you to the Team there. One happy seller.
