My mother let her house with LeGrys over a number of years & we her adult children continued this arrangement when mum went into care and after her death. Debra, Lucy & team in lettings were fantastic, always on the ball, professional, fair, excellent communication when maybe ours wasn’t as good due to the circumstances. They were very kind & patient with us. Reasonable costs all along. If you need to let or sell your property I would highly recommend LeGrys. I agree with the review below.. “above & beyond”. The house purchase went though without any major delays and we could tell they had a good relationship with the seller too which was very comforting. I was kept updated at every stage of the process with helpful and detailed viewing feedback either by email or over the phone. Further along the line, I was given a detailed analysis of the number of viewings and feedback which helped me to make an informed decision over reviewing the sale price. A long chain made for a lot of legwork in the run up to completion and special thanks to Nadine who provided exceptional service and worked so hard to pull everything together at the end. It has always been a pleasure to pop in to Southborough branch and to touch base with Bill, Dan and Alis who are always so friendly and had all the latest information at their fingertips. FacebookOk here's my story, I decided as a single female to sell my house and move to Spain, I had a friend who had done this the previous year with her family, so I was recommended Le Grys , so with a very nervous phone call I called the company and said to a lovely lady I was looking at selling my property, later to find out this was Tanya,within a matter of days Tanya had come to my house and put me at ease straight away, she viewed the house and put a very good price on it, within a few more days the team were there to take pictures, I was sent a proof of the marketing broshure and I couldn't believe how fab my home looked, then it was within another 10 days we went for an open day, the property had been marketed so well that we had 19 viewers to look at the property, within 48 hours we had had 5 offers over the asking price and by Monday afternoon it was sold, the buyers were well selected by the team and from then on I received nothing short of a very professional and supportive service from all included, they were always on the end of the phone and helped with legal advice when needed ( Thanks Carol) Tanya was second to none as was Dan, I have now been in Spain for exactly 2 months now and I haven't looked back at all knowing that the team helped me find the right buyers for my home which I had nurtured for 23 years, A massive Thank you to you all and if any of the team want a cheap holiday please don't hesitate to ask you were all there for a very important time for me, and a huge decision, Thanks xxxx

I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to share my experience. The way this company treated not only me but also my family was absolutely unacceptable. Their behavior was unprofessional and downright disrespectful. We were left feeling frustrated, hurt, and completely let down. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Don’t let this company disappoint you the way the did us.

I phoned up Legrys for information on renting out a couple of properties i own in Cornwall and spoke to Jo Irwin, I can honestly say I’ve not spoken to a more competent, honest and efficient person in a long time!She’s an absolute credit to the company and I’ll either rent or sell the property with you solely due the great help received. They were incredibly patient with my situation & helped me every step of the way with my purchase, with communication throughout. Having completed a few weeks ago, they are still providing an excellent after sales service. I'll definitely be using them for my house sale as & when I'm ready to sell in the future!!

I arranged to view a property. I explained that as I had only a 30 minute lunchbreak I would possible be a few minutes late getting to the property.as it was I was just 9 minutes. After the exact time of the viewing, during that time I rung the team member wising for me and spoke to them and they seemed fine. When I returned to work I found that they had left a rue and sarcastic message on my phone regarding me being a few minute so late even though I had stipulated that due to being in a customer facing industry myselfI may be a few minutes late . Not acceptable.

GoogleI am renting a property for the first time through Le Grys. Joseph, James and Denise have all been great. They’ve made the entire process seamless, especially as I was in dire need of somewhere at VERY short notice. I’d highly recommend Le Grys to anyone wanting to purchase or rent.
