GoogleI believe the recent buying boom that has been triggered by stamp duty holidays and 5% deposits have gone to the heads of many agents and Legrys has been one of them. Had to chase them constantly to get responses on reasonable offers, been told I will be called back in the afternoon to not get a call all day and to finally have let us slip (cash buyers) because they didn't feedback on an offer which we would have happily matched. As a buyer I don't see any of this 5star service mentioned from past customers.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleI didnt know what to expect when me and my partner bought out first house and I was always under the impression that estate agents were always going to work in favour of the sellers but these guys had everyone's best interest in mind. They were so helpful with any questions we had and helped simplify everything and made sure everyone was happy. I think I ended up speaking to everyone but the 2 people in particular I found the most helpful was Tony and Joseph. Nothing was too much and were always happy to help. GoogleI have dealt with a few letting agencies in my time and this is by far the best experience I’ve had to date. The folks at LeGrys have made the process so smooth. James, who is looking after us has been fantastic. He has gone above and beyond to help us settle in and it does feel like he actually cares. A simple text to check we are moved in and setting in well, for example. I was lucky I was the first to call about the property but what was great was that they only arranged for 3 people to view the property even though there was huge demand. Often an agent will just arrange a load of viewings and then let to someone out of the blue who hasn’t viewed the property at all, cutting out everyone who was doing it the right way. I’ve found them very professional throughout the process so far. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Joseph, James,Tony and the whole team were all wonderful, guiding us through the buying process during an incredibly challenging time. They could not have been more approachable, responsive or patient and were hugely reassuring at all times. They went over and above expectations and I would not hesitate in recommending them or using them again ourselves. It is rare that you come across a business that offers the informality of a local company, but all the support and professionalism of a successful big business.Every person that I have been in contact with have treated me with respect, reliable response times and prompt action when needed. The staff are personable , friendly and knowledgeable. I was given advice on areas that would suit my needs. I was kept up to date on all parts of my buying processing and If I had a question it was answered promptly. I would highly recommend LeGrys for a fantastic service. Well done

I've dealt with a good many commercial estate agents in the past, personally and through my job, but the service received from the staff at LeGrys was second to none. Unlike a commercial estate agent, LeGrys actually care about their clients.
