GoogleMy experience with this company was my saving grace. After I instructed an online conveyancing company (never again) that refused to communicate with me and dragged my sale near on 6 months, the team at Legrys really stepped up. Offering professional support, empathy and resilience. They were patient with me and let me express my frustrations without judgement. From start to finish the overall service was exceptional. It was a personable service with some of the best customer service I've experienced. A special thank you to Karen, Phoebe and James. You all excel at your jobs, going above and beyond. I would like to thank Sophie for her professional service and all her help. We rented an apartment for our son and he felt at home from the beginning, this was also caused because of Sophie’s kindness. Nothing was too much for her! We viewed the apartment a few times and also went back to measure up. We needed my son to move in within a week and she made this a very smooth process.

They are reasonably priced, but what makes them stand out is their excellent customer service, professional manner and total understanding of the complexities of property purchases.I sold my flat through Dan Fahy who was also assisted by Jack Walter. Both were utterly brilliant and always went the extra mile to be supportive for both myself and my buyer in what was a complicated sales process. In my experience, you don't find estate agents of this quality very often so they are worth shouting about!

GoogleLegrys Edenbridge have been amazing! We’d previously had a really poor experience with another local agent, which only highlighted even more how dedicated the Legrys team are to helping you find the perfect home. They offered fantastic support and advice throughout the process and even after we’d received the keys, they were still on hand to help organise outstanding bills and waste clearance with the previous owner. They truly made not just moving in, but even the tricky bits afterwards, so much less stressful. A wonderful, helpful team they’ll definitely be my go-to if (or when) we decide to sell up and move again!

GoogleLeGrys were absolutely brilliant in the purchase of our new home. Constant communication and always explained if we didn't understand anything. James showed us around the property and we didnt feel pressured at ALL to purchase which was so nice and not salesy at all. Denise was absolutely wonderful and kept us up to date all the time! Even when our solicitor didn't communicate with us what was going on. Will definitely use again!

GoogleMy partner has called 9 times today expressing an interest in a property. He got through to voicemail on all but one call and left three or four messages. On the call that was answered he spoke to James who told him that he had been on leave for a week and did not know which properties are still available. He promised to get back to him but didn’t. Apparently he is not interested in selling houses and is clearly unsuited to being an estate agent.

Ok dont normally take time to write a review for bad service , but this time I make an exception.
We have completed a formal review of your complaint and the subsequent interactions with our team. Please see our findings below: Staff Conduct: I have personally reviewed the call recordings, emails, and the AI interactions with you. While our team members are in the early stages of their careers, the recordings show they remained polite under difficult circumstances. You started your call with B implying you had a firm booking but couldn’t remember the time which in fairness, was inaccurate. We do not find that they were rude, disrespectful, or dismissive; however, we have used this as a training opportunity regarding call de-escalation. You singled out F to say that he had been extremely professional and polite (a fact you did not include in your review sadly) and his emails to you on 2 April are very clear that he would contact you to confirm any appointment in due course. In this case, after the bank holiday weekend and after his annual leave on Tuesday, he was back in the office on Wednesday and that’s when we first knew that the original viewing plan had been changed. Viewing Availability: As previously communicated, the property is currently occupied. We must respect the rights of the current tenants, who were unable to provide access for the provisional window of 11th April. We are now working toward viewings for the week of 20th April, well in advance of the new tenancy starting at the end of May. It is unfortunate that in this instance we couldn’t fit in with your itinerary but this really was beyond our control. AI System Issues: We appreciate you highlighting the error regarding the incorrect email address provided by the automated system. This has been reported to the software provider for immediate rectification. As the system noted, the AI system cannot confirm appointments independently; manual confirmation from a staff member is always required and I can see this was relayed to you by the AI system who wouldn’t have picked up that you were already in the system under your name. It is new and innovative technology and there are teething issues which do require addressing and we politely request some patience to be given until we get it absolutely right. We believe your recent review does not accurately reflect the sequence of events or the professional efforts made by F and the rest of the team.

Communication was excellent throughout, giving plenty of notice of prospective buyers wanting to view, with feedback straight away. Joseph and James supported me throughout a rather arduous sale process and kept all parties updated.
