Not the greatest of experiences with LeGrys during the purchase of a property listed with them which we have recently completed on. Difficult to get hold of with queries, emails ignored on multiple occasions throughout the process and an attempt by Joseph to persuade us to list our property with them to be able to secure the offer on our onward purchase has left a fairly negative feeling. Very much different from the feeling we have towards the agent who we listed and sold our property with. Ultimately we got the house we wanted that was listed with LeGrys, but not the best experience in dealing with them unfortunately.

My partner has called 9 times today expressing an interest in a property. He got through to voicemail on all but one call and left three or four messages. On the call that was answered he spoke to James who told him that he had been on leave for a week and did not know which properties are still available. He promised to get back to him but didn’t. Apparently he is not interested in selling houses and is clearly unsuited to being an estate agent.

Joseph and the team looked after me from start to finish when I decided to sell my property. The valuation was realistic. The photographer was prompt and very thorough. Communication was excellent throughout, giving plenty of notice of prospective buyers wanting to view, with feedback straight away. At the end of my tenancy

At the end of my tenancy, the estate agents had tried to imply that I (the tenant) had left the property in a poor state. The landlords wanted 2/3 of the deposit and was supported by the estate agents to instruct this. When the deposit went to adjudication, to my complete satisfaction they were awarded a small amount for some minor defects. Do not put your trust in this estate agents, they are only there to support the landlords. Legrys Cranbrook.

Did not feel safe on a viewing

Despite an email to head office and a negative review I have heard nothing. I had the unfortunate experience of doing a viewing with an agent who failed to respect my boundaries including personal information and private finances - at a point where no such information was required above the basic information you would expect to provide. Felt very unsafe and was subjected to unnecessary comments by enforcing those boundaries.

Do not use waste time

What a waste of time. Booked an appointment 4 days before the date Set all the house up for a Market valuation waited over 45 mins at the property with a no show 🤬🤬 Called the office three times was told they would call me back. 15 mins later eventually the surveyor called me and promptly very rudely told me no appointment had been confirmed and nobody is attending today I said it was confirmed on Friday with me and his reply ..Not what my email says so he had an email but can’t call me REALLY Very unprofessional outfit don’t waste your time
