GoogleI would highly recommend iPropertyuk if you are looking to let out your property. I dealt with Dharmesh the owner who was prompt, efficient, and trust worthy which is very rare from my past experiences. He went above and beyond to assist in finding the right people for me paying specific attention to my requests and was diligent and thorough in his vetting of potential tennants. GoogleGood alternative to deposit scheme. As long as you keep property in good condition a one off payment is just the job. Moving so expensive so if you can cut down on paying out this can be for you. Obviously if you do not look after property you will liable for damages etc. If you a good tenant it is great as not waiting around for deposit etc. Straightforward process.

GoogleThis was the first time I’ve ever let my property. Dharmesh was brilliant . He was kind and compassionate and was able to explain all the steps concisely. He took over everything and found a brilliant landlord in a very affordable fully managed charge . I really highly recommend this service .

GoogleThese are a contractor to my council to carry out grant funded works. We’re supposed to contact me but after weeks of waiting, I chased them. Booked an appointment and then it’s an hour after they should be here. They are not here. Despite sending reminders urging me to remember they are coming. Seems like they can’t actually remember themselves. If I was making the decisions I would fire this company. Drinking the grant funding but dragging the whole process slower with incompetence.
