In February of 2020, my husband and I decided to put our house up for sale with JDP (Stone office). After an offer accepted within 4 days on the market, we thought that our luck was in and all would be plain sailing from here - then there was a global pandemic! Due to circumstances outside of our control and the impact of COVID-19 on the job market, our chain fell through twice. Both times JDP were there to help us pick up the pieces and start again. The second time we were around 2 weeks from completing and we cannot thank Pippa, Sarah, Eleanor and Geri enough for their support and advice during this time and leading to completion just a few weeks ago. The weekly update calls from JDP, their expert skills in communication with clients and solicitors is second to none. My husband and I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks again to the whole team at the Stone office, you are credit to the JDP team.
