GoogleVery seamless and hassle-free process of moving into rented accommodation using Homes Partnership. The agent assigned to me was Atlanta; she was always willing to update me on the progress of the application and was excellent at going above and beyond after hearing out my personal circumstances. Very professional service and the website used for the referencing and such was very user friendly.

FacebookWhen we decided to sell our home the decision on which estate agent to use was a no brainer. We have always been impressed by the way in which they market their properties. We love the personalised descriptions. Throughout our sale we were not disappointed. We were sorely tempted to buy our own property as the details and photographs were so good!!! Viewings were handled in a very professional manner. Both selling our property and buying our new home from them was a seamless experience. What a fantastic team. Thank you 😁

FacebookI was disappointed to receive a folder asking me to consider them to sell my property as it’d been for sale longer than I would expect! That is very unprofessional and I definitely wouldn’t use an agent that employed those tactics! Apart from wasting paper ink etc they’d actually printed off a brochure from my own agent and house and included that in their folder I’m sure John Follwell wouldn’t be impressed. It’s been 5 weeks and I have an offer...For your information I’m not in a hurry to sell, so when you have your meeting with the other estate agents in Stone, be sure to let them know I do not want any brochures from any of them. Follwell’s have sold 3 properties for me and one was televised, their ethics are to my standards!
I am so sorry our letter has upset you. Although this practice is now commonplace within our industry, we work hard to make sure our marketing materials are useful and courteous to prospective clients.
