Extremely positive experience of working with Giggs and their representative, Dan. I am a first time buyer and I am very happy with all the help and direction I received from them. From the very first call to Dan, he was informative, helpful and sharing positive attitude about getting on the property ladder. He helped me understand the property purchase process, arranged a convenient viewing time and apart from being available to answer any of my questions on the way, never pressure to any decision and remained unbiased. Everything possible is done to assure you're confident and comfortable with your choice and commitment. I highly recommend!

Gigs and Co (Lettings) have to be the most poorly organised letting agents out there. Having used them prior we decided to use them again for our newest move and it was difficult yet again. Last year a new member of staff handled our applications and seemingly had no guidance or clue. Leaving it several weeks before even sending us the details for the holding deposit. This year, we lost out on a property because there is a serious serious lack of communication and care especially when dealing with repeat customers it seems. Other than Vanessa who actually was able to help us, other members of staff do not have a clue and nadine who seems to do all the viewings is never available to speak to or update her colleagues. I’d strongly advise not using Giggs and Co lettings if you want to be able to view a property, be successful with a property or to actually be contacted at all. Very poor and very unhappy with the overall service. Shambles

Once we had a valuation conducted, the process in getting the house on the market was conducted in a professional and timely manner, with excellent communications and customer liaison provided. Lovely, sending offers to help sell the house I have rented from another agent for 8 years. So as long as you get a sale in, you're happy to risk potential upheaval for the tenant. A little insensitive, don't you think? Please do your homework and stop addressing your mail to properties that are being let out, and stop paying royal mail to get around being considered as "junk mail." It's still unsolicited mail when you don't even know the name of the person you're sending it to.

78 Days ago we decided to see what the market was like and pop our house up for sale to see what would happen. What a journey! We moved to our new home yesterday. Jack sold our house to the third viewer on day 5 and Joe sold us our new home on day 7 or 8. What a great service we have received from the whole team. Communication from the whole team was great and kept up to date through the whole process and this was all during the Lockdown period.
