GoogleGiggs managed the property I rented for 3.5 years, great response and communication between visiting traders, the landlord and I. Also great communication from the sales side of the business when the landlord put the property up for sale and when that transaction went through. I would definitely recommend them from tenant’s perspective.

GoogleHad an offer accepted in October and so far gave had no updates from them, called several times answer phone left got through to Emma last week saying she will make enquiries no communication since now got an email saying she won't be available till the 5th January. The chain I'm in is in danger of collapse.

GoogleWe needed somewhere to live for a short period of time after we experienced a house fire. Giggs were fantastic throughout the entire process, everything was done professionally when they said they'd do it. Leaving the property has been painless and the deposit returned in full. I would recommend the wholeheartedly if you're looking for a property to rent.

FacebookGreat dealing with this company. Extremely professional and kept us updated from start to finish. Always took the time to answer our queries and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Would always recommend. They helped us throughout lockdown going out of their way to do what they could. All staff extremely friendly and professional. If or when we move again we will be using Giggs & Co. Honestly can’t thank them enough.

GoogleAll the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They always returned calls and kept the sale on track. I didn’t have to chase the solicitors at all as they all communicated so well. I was very impressed, especially considering I lost out on two previous properties because other companies were not so helpful or proactive. A big thank you to everyone there for a stress free purchase!
