My partner and I were looking to buy my first home with my partner when a Rightmove listing led me to Giggs & Company. From the very first call, Ben asked smart, relevant questions, and got a sense of our budget, resale vs new build preference, willingness to take on work, and, crucially, proximity to a station for our London commute immediately. He quickly grasped our brief, suggested two great comparison properties on the spot, and arranged viewings for the weekend. Every home we saw matched what we needed, with two resales offering excellent potential. Ben was knowledgeable and thoughtful throughout, highlighting useful comparisons and ideas without any pressure. One property stood out; we put in an offer the next day. Ben listened well to our feedback and was able to communicate our position and thoughts clearly to the seller and, as first-time buyers, he brought them onside fast. Negotiations took only a couple of days and we agreed a fair price for our first home. Ben was very friendly, approachable, communicative, easy to reach, and thoroughly professional from start to finish. We’re delighted with the outcome and highly recommend Ben at Giggs & Company.

I want to thank Natalia for her efforts with our recent sale of our house in Eaton Socon, she went above and beyond making sure we were updated (and educated!!) on the process of our sale and up to completion, it wasn't a easy journey at all and extremely frustrating for all at points, but Natalia kept consistently kind and positive and even when delivering bad news she already had a plan of action which made this so much smoother. Not forgetting Luke who helped us sell our property, very quickly and efficiently and listened to what we wanted, didn't under value to 'grab a quick sale', he took his time to get to know us and was very personable. We’ve never been disappointed by a viewing from anyone at Giggs; they always seem such a genuine group of people and do a lot for the community as well as offering a thoroughly professional service. No wonder they are so well regarded in St Neots. Recently we had an offer accepted on a house we love, facilitated by Kayleigh who absolutely went above and beyond to help us. She is extremely helpful, kind and personable and is outstanding at her job. As a family we completely trust her judgment and we’re very grateful to her for all she’s done and continues to do. I am so very proud to be able to write a review for Giggs & Company , St Neots The excellent service we have received throughout the sale of our home was outstanding. Right from the start, Kayleigh and Luke listened to our story of why we were moving and what type of buyer would suit our needs, they gave us some sound advice to get the house for viewings. Kayleigh came round and put together a brilliant video tour ( made me want to buy my own home ) ! The second time we have used Giggs to sell a house - 9 years apart. Cannot fault the service and communication from every member of the team we have come in to contact with. From the valuation visit to completion date they have been brilliant. The addition of the sales progression team (which wasn’t in place 9 years ago) was brilliant. My wife and I are first time buyers. We found a property in Eynesbury through Giggs after our first property purchase (from a different EA) fell off. Buying for the first time brought a lot of stress and anxiety in us but Kayleigh and Natalia were both a real star. They understood our situation and walked and helped us through the whole process. They were very easy to reach, provides timely responses, and communicated our needs clearly with the sellers. They both made first time buying feel very straightforward.
