It was nice to view a house where we were not rushed. Vicky was lovely, very professional and answered all our questions. Sophie from the progression team was outstanding even though not our agent she kept us up to date on movements within the chain and touched base with us on a weekly basis, which our agent didn't do at all. If I could give 10 stars I would. I've been trying to move to St Neots for what feels like months. I tried other estate agents and something as simple as organising a viewing seemed so strenuous, in 4 visits using other agents I think I viewed 3 properties. I gave Giggs and Co a chance, not only was I viewing a property the very next day, but it was a property that was EXACTLY what I was after to rent. The process was painless, the after checks were also painless. Amanda has been brilliant at organising the paper work and showing me the property. I'd like to thank Laura aswell for initially reccomending the property considering I'd initially called about another property. My mother has just won her offer to buy a house here in St Neots with the help of this local company Giggs & co. We would like to mention that this was all made possible by agent Dan Clarke who was helpful and efficient on my mother’s journey to finding happiness in a new home. From the very beginning showing us around the first property we viewed, Dan took the time to listen and understood my mother’s thoughts and feelings with regards to what she wanted in a new home. Within the first day after her first viewing of a property, Dan went above and beyond our expectations by allowing my mother to view a further two properties unscheduled without rushing and answering every question she had honestly and adequately. In the end only a few days later Dan had found the perfect house for my mother which he even came to show her on his day off which in our opinion shows a true dedication in helping people! We had a monster of a move. Three different buyers and, after our original “dream home” fell through Giggs helped us find another one that is just as great. We finally moved into our new home after almost a year of struggles - not helped by COVID of course! There was a lot of frustration for all but I have to say that the way Joe Perrin at Giggs handled things was first class. The difference between Giggs and other Estate Agents is their energy and proactivity. For us, this manifested as generating huge interest as our property was launched, at a price point we were very comfortable with. This relentless energy led to 9 viewings and offers on the table within a week.
