We used Giggs for both purchase and sale recently. We were very happy with the service. The sales progressor, Nat, made a huge difference to the process by keeping on top of what was going on and made it significantly less stressful and uncertain than it otherwise would have been. One minor niggle was that the agent dealing with our sale changed during the process without us being explicitly told, which was a bit confusing.

Aren't you meant to be a honest legit company? if so why you withholding our deposit on some bogus cleaning service charges? Cleaning prior to us moving in does not make us liable for the bill, that's just outrageous! The house was not painted, walls were dirty, carpet wasn't sparkly cleaned either. Paint brush marks on some of the walls were quite visible and the bins were full. Two of the rooms had quite bright colours, paint was provided but we had to take time off to paint it ourselves. Now giggs associate representative are trying to hide behind emails without signing their name to it. It makes no difference as to who is replying to our emails you all dishonest because you all representing the same company. Stop lying that you are waiting or chasing the landlord for a response, that's just a load of rubbish!

I have recently completed both the sale of my house and the purchase of my new apartment with Giggs. The journey had its ups and downs for different reasons, as well as toing and froing with solicitors, but through it all I was kept informed every step of the way by Dan, Ollie or others from the Team. As of yesterday, with the hard work of the team at Giggs & Co, my house exchanged. I don't leave many reviews, but am more than happy to recommend this group of dedicated, tenacious and thorough people. They have always kept me informed at multiple points in the chain. They helped me complete work using local contacts, in order to sell the house and never once let me feel without an option as hurdles appeared. I have used Matt and his exceptional team for the sale of 2 very different properties in the last few months. The first one in Cambridge which was slightly outside there normal area but Matt saw the potential and price that could be achieved over and above the local agents. Matt put together a great package of professional photographs and marketing for the house. The house was sold very quickly and achieved over £12000 more than the highest range given by the local agents in Cambridge and was a smooth sale by the work behind the scenes by their great dedicated support team. The second house of ours was a more challenging house to sell for anyone being nearly 200 years old without any parking and the normal creature comforts of a newer house and being near a pub. Again Matt and his team put together some excellent photos of an empty house and set about marketing this unusual property in St Neots. It was tough to start with as people could not see the great character in the house and could not see the vision behind the empty rooms they arrived to view. So with Matts great experience of many years in the industry he put together some suggestions and we dressed the house as if someone was living in it and it made all the difference and was soon sold by his team of very professional sales advisors to a new family based on his advice. I can only say that Matt Giggs and his staff have been the height of professionalism throughout the sale of our two houses and I could not ask of anything more from a estate agent. I can say I would not recommend any other agent in and around the St Neots surrounding area before Giggs and Company now having worked with others over the years with letting houses and flats before using Matt and his customer focussed company. So if you have a requirement for selling or letting your homes do so with assurity everything will be done in the best manner possible to make one of the most stressful things in peoples lives as good as it can be.
