GoogleGood experience with Giggs and Co with selling our house. Felt there was a bit of a lull in the middle and lack of communication on updates, but when things got very tense towards exchange Nat was outstanding and helped keep my sanity !

FacebookWhat an absolute powerhouse Ashleigh is! Exceptional service from the very first conversation onwards. Ashleigh was hugely professional, a great listener (who always got back to me quickly, answering all my questions - even the silly ones), a great negotiator who is incredibly skilled in her field. Put simply, if you want your house sold, these are the agents to do it! I have no hesitation in recommending them - none whatsoever. Having previous experience of agents in the area, there really is no other local comparison. The service is exceptional, communication effortless with a high level of care as their norm. Reassuring when you need it and always happy to meet to discuss options. I cannot fault them. They have done an superb job and cannot praise their expertise and professionalism enough.

From answering what must be very simple daft questions, to giving us regular and timely updates, the team have been great, especially Vicky who has always been on the end of the phone when needed. GoogleWe moved to the area a few months ago to be closer to family. We have been renting but looking for a new forever house to buy. Dan at Giggs & Co has been very proactive in helping us, keeping us informed of what's on the market, arranging viewings to suit us (sometimes multiple viewings at different properties for our convenience). Then asking for feedback when a house isn't right for us so he knows exactly what we are looking for. We believe he has now matched us to a perfect property and fingers crossed it will carry on going smoothly. Dan and his colleagues are a great team, always friendly and brilliant at providing updates. Absolutely can't fault this Estate Agency and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

FacebookKerry & I where greeted by a smiling Neve when we viewed the stunning house, After saying we where interested it wasnt long before Nadine rang and gave us the great news. The communication after was first class & we got the impression Nadine was as excited as we where a lovely touch. Whenever we needed to speak to the lettings team if they couldnt help right then they soon got back in touch with what we required.
