GoogleDo not use this estate agency! Jake Houchen and Lumina Antoine will try their best to make deductions from the deposit. They are absolutely not honest and not transparent!

GoogleCalled on a number of occasions to view a property and didn't receive a call back. It's a shame as I really liked the look of the house from the details.

Dear Louise, thank you for taking the time to review us and I’m sorry that you didn’t receive a call back. During this pandemic we have been running with reduced staff and sometimes remote working. We have had to embrace new technology to ensure we can respond to all enquiries and I would like to think that this would not happen again. Kind regards, Claire Giblin.
