GoogleCameron was great with helping us sell our flat and put an offer in quickly. He listened to what we wanted well and got us something we couldn't have found on our own before it was put on the market. He may speak quickly but so far the journey has been smooth!

Google16 AMBLESIDE - BUYER BEWARE!!! Seller is an absolute nightmare, 44 year old boiler that seller has interfered with and refuses a boiler survey, refuses access for other standard surveys, delays the process at every opportunity, takes weeks to respond to basic communication. We had to eventually pull out.

GoogleI recently purchased a flat through Stanford then got them to find a tenant and co-ordinate some works that needed doing. They were absolutely fantastic throughout. Special mention to Phil in the lettings team who handled that process. Clear, quick communication, very knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful. GoogleTold I would be shown round the property by the landlord. I showed up at 10:58 and there was no answer. So I phoned their office only to check I was in the right place. The guy on the phone was rude saying I was early and that I needed to show up on time. Turns out I was going to be shown round by the estate agent who turned up at 11:05. Had he simply said the bloke was running late, I would have said no problem and waited. I wouldn’t trust these guys to sort out any issues if they are stand-offish over 2 mins for a viewing
Dear Jack We treat all reviews good or bad very seriously and have immediately looked into your concern. At no time will you have been advised that the landlord would be conducting the viewing because we at the letting agents conduct all viewings on our rental properties. I can therefore only assume you have got this mixed up with another property you are due to view. With regards to the viewing itself the property is approximately 30 seconds walk from our offices and the team member who attended has advised that he was at the property for 11am on the dot as previously agreed. At no time was there any rudeness from our team and am struggling to understand why a one star review would be made against us based on you attending 2 minutes early. GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from this estate agent. This team has been very professional and have had excellent communication with us throughout the process, they have been fast and efficient without the feeling of being pressured and without being made to feel our questions and inquiries were anything less than a pleasure to deal with. They have certainly taken a lot of the stress and strain out of the whole thing and clearly take pride in the work they are doing and the properties they are selling. I cannot recommend Stanford Estate Agents enough and would certainly not hesitate to use them again.

GoogleStanford Estate Agents AVOID like the plaque. Have just been stood like a lemon outside a property for a viewing with my son and no-one turned up. Rang Stanford only to be told that it had been sold. Stanford hadn’t had the common decency to contact him by phone, text or email to tell him this. This is the second time that this has happened to him where it was an open day for viewing with no viewing allowed prior to the open day. Then suddenly it is sold beforehand! A totally unprofessional company with a terrible customer service.

We did try to contact your son to cancel the appointment but with the contact number provided we were only able to leave answer machine messages. The messages were left at least 24 hours prior to the appointment confirming the cancellation. GoogleI have just sold my house through Stanford Estate Agents. One of the branch managers Billy came and valued my house. If I'm 100% honest I was a bit sceptical that they would achieve the price that they said I would. They delivered in a big way and got me more than they said in less than 4 days of being on the market. Not only did they sell my house but they were very proactive in actually finding me a property. I actually bought another property they were selling. throughout the whole process their level of customer service has been second to none. The whole house buying and selling experience was very taboo to me and I hand on heart don't think they could have done any better in making the whole process as stress free and understandable throughout. All in all, a great company that I would recommend and personally use again.

GoogleI have a property that I let out in Southampton and Stanford Estate Agents have found the previous tenants, which they have done very efficiently. I have recently changed to a fully managed service from Stanfords and I have been very, very, impressed with the service that I receive. The payment of rent to me, and resolution of minor tenant issues has been excellent. I deal with Jennie Green who has been extremely helpful, and very prompt. I just wish I'd moved to the managed service sooner!

GooglePlease do not consider using this firm. Terrible service and would not trust anything they say. They overvalue your property to get the deal and then tell you to reduce the price as they are incompetent in any kind of selling process. You have been warned!
FAKE REVIEW!! We have no client by this name, useful facts are that not only do we take on more properties than any other agent, we also have the highest ratio of instruction to sale with the lowest amount of price reductions.

GoogleDreadful! Communication sucks, they don't call you back, they don't keep you updated and then they lie about it. Both myself and my agent tried to find out about our purchase for a whole week with no reply. When we pulled out of the puchased they lied and said we had been fully informed. I would neither buy or sell with this agent or recommend them . . They are sneaky and deceitful!
