GoogleAdvertises properties that are already rented out. It's very unprofessional, misleading and wastes our time. It's not hard for them to take down listings that they are not currently giving viewings to or belive an agreement will be signed soon.

Hi Ben, As you have not approached us directly with this concern, we do not know which property you are referring to. We do not leave properties on longer than we need to for this very reason, there are simply too many enquiries currently per property in the rental market and do not welcome the extra work to reply to these when the property is already let. There is a period when applications have been submitted and decided upon by the landlord, then a holding deposit is taken. This process can be time consuming due to a number of different variables but is then placed as now let when the property becomes let agreed. GoogleWe brought a house at the beginning of 2020 through Stanford’s Estate Agency, it was actually the first house we viewed, all the other houses we viewed after didn’t compare, we finally decided to put an offer in and got the house 🏡 Stanford’s have their own in house mortgage advisor (Peter), he was very helpful with getting our mortgage offer processed very quickly. We also took out life insurance through Stanford’s as well, after they provided us with a reasonable quote. The sales team (Jamie & Lucy) helped arrange viewings very swiftly and helped get the best price for the property in a professional manner. GoogleWe have been renting through Stanford’s for a number of years. Fantastic staff, always happy to help. Maintenance issues always dealt with quickly and to a high standard. Would definitely recommend Stanford estate agents.

GoogleAppalling Service . Rude to vendors and buyers alike. Arrogant, unprofessional, avoid at all costs . Only interested in their own fees, no professional complaint process, full of their own self importance , can't even apologise when they drop the ball . Will NEVER use again.

GoogleStanford Staff were very efficient and helpful finding a property and pursuing it for me. Unfortunately I didn't buy the property from them but they were very courteous when I called to tell and offered that if I needed help in the future they would do all they could to assist me again

GoogleAfter a very stressful time looking for a new property to let, we have been overwhelmed by the service from Phil Wilson @ Stanford Eastleigh. From the first call to the office to the show round of the property, he is outstanding at customer service. He made us feel relaxed and got to know us a a couple. It did help that he was showing us a lovely house that we hope to move into sometime soon.
