Stanford’s are the best estate agent I have ever used. Jamie was so polite, presentable, professional and understanding of my needs. He took some fantastic photos and unlike others I’ve used in the past he took the time and trouble to “dress” the rooms to obtain the most professional photos. The response to their hardworking marketing paid off, as was shown by the huge number of viewers as opposed to the 2 viewers I received on a previous occasion. A huge thank you to the whole company. I would always use Stanford Estate Agents over any other from now on.

From day 1, Stanford Estate Agents have gone above and beyond for us with our sale and our purchase through them. Initially I met Billy who came to value our property. Billy gave me the confidence that Stanford Estate Agents was the agent for us. My wife and I met Phil when we viewed a property and he was very friendly and professional. He put us at ease straight away. Both he and Jamie have been dealing with the sale of our property and they have been absolutely fantastic so far. Jamie and Phil would always call and email me with updates of viewings and feedback. Jamie went above and beyond for us in getting the offer we wanted on our property and we couldn't be happier. He made the whole process very smooth and easy for us as vendors. I can't stress enough how good Stanford Estate Agents have been so far throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy and achieve the result you want. They are not like most Estate Agents as they make you feel that you can really trust them and know that they are doing all they can for you. 5/5 and I would definitely recommend them.

Jamie acted professionally during every meeting and was always available for help and advise. His preparation and due diligence gave me the confidence that I had made the right choice with instructing Stanford Estate Agent to sell my property. Sold my house via this agent. Pre-sales was great. House had a good offer very quickly and I was delighted. However the sales progression service was unfortunately the worst I have experienced over the years. Lots of chasing for replies and everything appeared to stop when a member of staff went on holiday. I then sought support from another member of staff but received no reply. Without me chasing intensively, including further up the chain, there was no way the agreed deadline of the chain would have been met ahead of the new school year. Maybe an isolated experience but I feel, whether good or bad, important to share a review.

I have bought investment properties from Stanford, and I can say the service they provided was outstanding. Following on from the sale, I also used Stanford for letting the properties too. He's shown me round multiple properties and having been actively looking for the past 4 months with many estate agents in the area and I can comfortably say he's the beat person I've dealt with. He's extremely punctual, knowledgeable about all the properties he's shown me and most importantly approachable!
