After a slow start to sell, once we had an offer Luci was quick to get things organised, even negotiating on our new property and attaining a favourable price. Luci made the whole process relatively stress-free. She was dedicated to delivering the best outcome for us and we would have no problem recommending her to others.

Luci has been a brilliant agent for us, our house sold within three days of her marketing it for full asking price. Luci knows the market inside out and answered all our queries immediately and always returned calls she couldn’t take due to showing houses. Luci is a straight talker who will support her clients from beginning to end. Highly recommend this lady.

Selling a property can be a challenging experience at the best of times! Well if you want an estate agent that will accept that challenge and deliver then Luci Morgan is just that. Luci achieved over and above the values provided by other agents and guided us through over 5 months of deliberations. Would we have got there with anybody else I doubt it! After a false start with another agent, Luci was a breath of fresh air. Down to earth, no nonsense, no BS! She gave us a realistic valuation and advised on the strategy to get the best price. We listed on Wednesday, had viewings on Friday, sold on Saturday. She exceeded our expectations throughout, and we're very happy to recommend her.

Luci always continues to update us on the progress of our purchase as soon as there is information to share, which only fills us with confidence and complete gratitude. While always professional, Luci’s friendly nature makes proceeding as easy and can be. We are so pleased to have found our lovely onward purchase, and for it to be in the hands of her own. Thanks for helping us eventually get over the line after a long, drawn-out sale and purchase. Luci did us proud, batting away a lot of the ridiculous shenanigans that seems to be involved in the housing market these days. Definitely recommend anyone give her a chance!

Very easy to deal with. Even when things fell apart (not lucis fault) she wasn't pushy or constantly calling. She stuck with us and we finally completed all OK. Thankyou Luci.
