Just devine I asked for a 3 pm reservation and accommodated for, my feed didn't touch the floor as I was literally carried from room to room. I ordered a glopinanatiy and rice and the chef was nice enough to cook around my dietary needs. Tldr very comfortable

Throughout the process of buying our house Luci was always available to contact, quick to reply and patient with us with being first time buyers! We were so glad to be with an independent estate agent as it made the process very easy. Thanks, Leah & Jake x

Luci’s unique approach to property sale is refreshing. She helped us sell a retirement apartment that had been on the market for quite some time. Great communication, lots of viewings and quick follow up. Give her a go! I recommend it 😊 …

Luci was excellent through the entire process, she went above and beyond to answer all of my questions (and there were a lot!) even during unsociable hours. She gave us loads of brilliant advice, getting a cash offer for our property and securing our absolute dream forever home. We just can’t thank her enough! Xx

Luci was amazing, so easy to get in contact with and really helpful! She allowed us plenty of time to view, didn’t follow us around like other estate agents do! She made the whole process so easy and enjoyable! I would highly recommend!!!!

Great service from Luci, probably more personal and tailored than some of the high street agents. You only have to look at the number of sold properties locally under Luci's management, to understand her success rate.

We used Luci to sell my mum's house and so glad we did. She doesn't mess about, sold the house within a couple of weeks. Professional service and I highly recommend anyone selling their property to call her!

Not massively impressed with this estate agent. I just want to make it clear, I never brought a house from her or sold a house to her. I just viewed a property from her. The two stars is mainly due to the lack of information I was given. She was unable to provide floor plans or measurements of any rooms which I think is pretty bad. I asked her twice for this information and don’t think it’s too much to ask to get room measurements when buying a place. Also, she only offered one open day to view the property which turned out to be for a hour in three weeks time. That’s hardly a open day or convenient. If I’m being honest if I see any future properties for sale with this agent, I wouldn’t bother looking. That may sound harsh but it’s 100% the truth. EDIT: Thanks for your rude response. I offered more than the guide price. I won’t respond any more but it isn’t too much to ask for measurements of rooms. It hardly matters as I never bought the house but wanted to provide you with some honest feedback.
