After a tedious 2 weeks on the market with a different estate agent giving 0 results, Luci was very helpful to us from the outset. The first property we viewed with Luci didnt give us the wow factor but after a very short conversation about our criteria she knew exactly what we were looking for and took us to view a house that had re-entered the market that very day. Needless to say we fell in love. With that, we switched to list ours joint agency and within the first day Luci had found us a buyer. A week or so later they unfortunately withdrew their offer - with this Luci showed no hesitation and contacted everyone who had showed previous interest and we had a family view it the very same day and offer immediately. Moving house is never stress free but its been so helpful to know that Luci will always respond within minutes regardless of the day of the week or time of day. She works tirelessly to ensure we are always up to date with the current stage of the sale/purchase and gets results every time. We will definitely be recommending Luci to anyone looking to sell their home in the future.

"Refreshing ... finally an estate agent who genuinely cares". We would like to publicly thank Luci for being the rock that was needed during the sale of our property, from the start to the day we moved she was there to help, assist and go above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. The key was communication, she was able to provide updates and information when other estate agents and solicitors were impossible to deal with. I would highly recommend Luci's services, she went above and beyond for us during our recent house sale. Although things didn't go to plan for us this was no fault of Luci's and she was supportive every step of the way, always making sure we were informed. You get more of a personal touch with Luci as she is independent and will respond to questions out of hours and always keep you informed. Great Customer Service! Luci was helpful and friendly from the first moment of arranging viewing to completion of our purchase. We contacted Luci at short notice to arrange the viewing on our home and she was quick reply and so helpful in arranging a viewing the same day. Throughout the process of the sale Luci was always available to contact, quick to reply and a great help in ensuring that the purchase progressed and was completed at a good pace. We absolutely love our new home and don't plan on moving again but from our experience with her I would absolutely recommend Luci in both buying and selling your home.

We have purchased a house Luci was selling. Luci made the entire experience less stressful and as easy as possible. I work in the mortgage industry so have a lot of dealings with Estate Agents. It’s not uncommon to assume that smaller companies can’t provide the same level of service as larger estate agents, but my interaction with Luci throughout the process has been amazing. We went to Luci as We like to support local, independent businesses and I had heard great things on a business network. We haven’t been disappointed. She was extremely proactive getting us motivated and ready for our open day in mid Feb. And then her quick thinking with one of our potential buyers meant that we are now moving in the next week or so! She has been extremely communicative, she has done so much of the chasing legwork herself and has earned every penny of her fee ( which is also lower than many of the main market competitors).
