Luci was the agent for the property I have purchased. It was a whirlwind time - only spotting the property on its “best and final” day! Luci managed to secure me a super short notice viewing on the day with the agreement of the sellers and I am so thankful. I absolutely fell in love with the place and my offer was accepted the very same day. We had some delays with getting the exchange and completion dates set but Luci was reassuring throughout and kept me updated appropriately, responding quickly to any queries I had. I am a first time buyer and was lucky to have Luci as the estate agent for the property. Luci is amazing. There’s no other word for it. Despite the fact that Luci was our seller’s estate agent not ours, she went above and beyond for us! The other estate agents in our chain were utterly useless but Luci pulled out all the stops to not only make sure the sale actually happened, but also to ensure that we were looked after. Being heavily pregnant when moving house is quite honestly the most stressful thing I’ve ever experienced and we had so many issues with the bottom of the chain, but Luci was wonderful and kept us informed throughout, chasing the chain where other estate agents should have been taking responsibility. She even came over to visit me to talk through the situation and make sure I was getting the truth regarding the issues coming to light. If I’m ever daft enough to put myself through the experience of moving house again, I will be using Luci without any shadow of a doubt. In the mean time, I will recommend anyone putting their house on the market to go to Luci!!! She’s a very rare gem amongst a sea of terrible estate agents out there!

What is there that Luci isn't capable of? Our house sold with her within 72 hours after being on the market for months without so much of an offer from another high street Estate Agent and that speaks for itself really. Luci has demonstrated clear communication, a can-do attitude and has always been responsive and professional. Overall, we wouldn't hesitate recommending Luci to anyone who wants a no nonsense Estate Agent whose communication is impeccable and doesn't miss out important details. I was advised Luci due to her popular Facebook posts bragging about selling over asking price however, very grateful I got other valuations and advice. Luci valued my house £40,000 lower than three other estate agents with the promise of making it go over the value and often brags about getting £20,000 more. I would argue that figure is probably still thousands less than another estate agent would achieve. It came across she wanted a quick sale due to working alone and wouldn't want to "waste time" doing viewings to achieve the best price. I had numerous concerns from her marketing being sub par (which generates interest) she told me she uses a phone! I am one of the lucky ones who managed to agree an offer £40,000 over Lucis value but I often see other properties marketed by her consistently returning to the market or being reduced over and over again within days of marketing sometimes. I am sure looking through other reviews my existence will be denied or removed but if I help just one person save thousands I will feel a small sense of satisfaction.

Luci is a force of nature. She’s living proof of the saying ‘if you want something done ask a busy woman’. She’s been there every step of the way for my buying, from conducting viewings on houses I just missed out on to getting me in first to see a house I loved and agreed a purchase on. The purchase process was long and arduous, none of which was down to Luci but due to a hitch further along the chain. Luci stuck by me and the seller throughout, keeping us going and always replying to messages straight away. She’s extremely hard working, a brilliant communicator, efficient and effective. Once instructed, she is very on-the-ball regarding selling your property, and chasing up other professionals involved in the sales process.
