She got the job done.... Made me feel positive about the future...I had to pull out of my first choice... But I found my home and contracts signed... Moved in under 4 weeks... It is possible... Lucy is relentless and gets things done.. she also recommends amazing conveyancing A very stressful, upsetting situation that id been putting off turned into the best decision I've made in a very long time Thank you Luci x Happy new year... Luci was so helpful and proactive at getting our house viewed and sold. She always kept us in the loop with excellent communication and was readily available whenever we had any queries or to offer advice. We are now very happy in our new house and we would recommend Luci to others looking for a hard working, independent estate agent to help sell their property. Thank you Luci :)

Luci was fantastic. She got my house on the market immediately (on a Saturday) and it had an offer that I’d accepted within 2 days! She works non stop in getting interested buyers through the door and keeps you (the seller) updated all of the time through the process. She also chases solicitors and anyone else involved in the chain which is a godsend. I couldn’t recommend her enough over conventional estate agency firms.

Luci is the best estate agent there is. She has been an absolute star throughout the process, and we couldn’t have wished for anyone better in our corner. Excellent communication, funny, friendly and an absolute professional. After using a couple of other agents, working with Luci was like a breath of fresh air. We would definitely use Luci Morgan Estate Agents again and can’t recommend Luci highly enough.

This is the second Property I have sold through Luci and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. In a market tough market and in a road where I had seen for sale signs been up for a while Luci managed to get mine turned around in a few weeks. Highly recommended for anyone looking to sell a house.

If you want a no nonsense get the job done estate agent then look no further than Luci. Luci is not a 9-5 estate agent. She was available day time, evenings and weekends. Even when away on holiday I was still able to contact her. If I had concerns or queries Luci answered almost instantly. Thank you Luci.

Recently used Luci to sell our house. She was very good, came to see the house within a few days and it was on the market very fast after we gave her the go ahead. She found us buyer after 2 or three viewings and made sure the process kept moving. We would definitely use her again.

Highly recommend Luci. Sold our bungalow with her recently. Always on the other end of the phone, 7 days a week, evenings, no office hours, honest & reliable. Kept updated always, even after property sale agreed, chasing solicitors with updates. Wouldn't hesitate in using Luci again without a doubt. Thank you again Luci

I honestly cannot express how lovely, supportive and efficient Lucy is. After losing my husband, I dreaded the thought of moving house. Lucy promised me that she would make it as stress free as possible and she did just that. She kept in regular contact with me and kept me up to date with information. She is fantastic, she gets your house sold and she looks after you throughout the journey. I would recommend her 100%.

A fresh way of providing the service, easy to communicate and manage the process. I found the convenience of using Watsapp to communicate with Luci a lot easier than making calls to an office. Plus felt like it was more personal. Especially during a difficult and stressful circumstance of having to sell a family property.
