GoogleWe recently reached a happy conclusion to an incredibly long, stressful and drawn sale and purchase and are very grateful for the efforts of Luan at Enfields for her huge efforts, and she wasn't even our agent! She was the driving force in our chain, keeping everyone informed and keeping up the pressure. What a trooper!

GoogleBooked a viewing in Eastleigh with this agency. I asked for a day off to be able to go there from Winchester, and after a confirmation the same morning, one hour before the viewing ( I was at the train station and I had already bought train tickets) they called me saying Im sorry the viewing is canceled because someone has just rent the house now. Well, I found it really rude and not a serious attitude for an agency. If i could give less than 1 star i would.
Alice, it has been a while but I just wanted to say that we were not being rude, we had informed you so that we wouldn't waste your time viewing a property that had been taken that day. I am sure you would not have been happy if we had showed you around and then told you it had been let.

FacebookWhat can I say... Enfields Eastleigh and Jade especially provided me with a 5 star service throughout. It was our first house and we had to deal with 3 average-ish estate agents before.(Two previous houses fell through) Jade restored my faith in estate agents and helped us to get our dream home.Enfields in general were very helpful; always answering my calls, chasing solicitors, etc.Overall great customer service, very warm and helpful people.Thank you!!!

FacebookThis is the second time I have used Nikki to sell and buy and she really is a one off. Nikki’s customer service is exceptional, she’s reliable and is an estate agent who actually earns every penny of her commission. Don’t bother considering anyone else in Eastleigh because, quite simply, they won’t be as good!

Nikki and her team not only offer a high level of professionalism, but they are also efficient, on point and deliver fantastic customer care. Thank you soooo much for your efforts and help. GoogleWhen you accidentally find out by browsing Rightmove that the property is no longer available. But you've got a viewing booked for the following day and no one from Enfields told you. What do you do? You give the agent 1 star. Cheers Team. Keep up the terrible work.

GoogleOllie and Luan did a great job selling our property (which unfortunately fell through 3 times, but through no fault of their own!) They were very patient and Luan worked tirelessly to keep in touch with the parties above and below us in the chain in order to keep things on track and everyone updated. Would definitely recommend.
