FacebookIn 2020 we've come back to Enfield to sell our property. It was a slog in these covid times but luan and her team were brilliant. Superb communication and did everything we needed to get us over the line. Nikki and the team helped us manage our rental property for almost 4 years. There pricing was very competitive from the start and their customer service was always perfect. Although living abroad we always confident that the property was in great hands.

GoogleWorked with Sophie on a house purchase, unfortunately it fell through (seller choice), but working with Sophie made the whole process extremely pain free. Would definitely recommend her as she’s helpful and incredibly responsive.

GoogleI can see that when negative reviews come up for Enfields that a point-by-point response pops up quite quickly to discredit the reviewer, so I’m not going to labour this. I understand that there were mitigating circumstances in my purchase and in the world at the beginning of this year and that the delays were not the fault of Enfields. I have taken this into account. I’ll simply say that if I were buying or selling another house I would avoid Enfields. Service did improve as we moved closer to the moving date and the purchase was successful.
Dear Mr Duffy, Firstly, you have admitted that the delays you had initially were not the fault of Enfields, the mitigating circumstances of CORONA VIRUS putting the property market into lockdown along with the majority of the World! I also note you review on the removal companys site quoting 'most frustrating COVID delayed house move'. We were at the bottom of the chain, you being the first time buyer. Once the restrictions were removed from the England market, you were unable complete as the top of the chain were not ready and the lady at the top was moving to Scotland where the restrictions were still in place, delaying completion! The sales progressor from our agency chased the chain daily (albeit our end was ready and it is not our job to chase the top of the chain). You have even stated that you felt the service improved and this was because we were out of LOCKDOWN! We wish you all the best in your new home.

GoogleDidn’t end up buying through Enfield's simply because the property I went for was listed with another agent, but having previously had a viewing and further contact with Sophie regarding my property search, I found her to be helpful, friendly and professional every time. I especially feel like she listened to my feedback after viewings and so would have been along the right tracks with property suggestions had my search continued.

The person who mainly dealt with transaction was Luan, who was professional and efficient at all times resulting in the smooth and rapid sale of our property despite current restrictions caused by the pandemic.
