GoogleExcellent service from Enfields who we sold our house through in August 2016, valuation was spot on, sold within 3 weeks and completion within 12 weeks! Very professional, honest and hard working. Couldn't do enough to ensure we had regular updates on the sale from the viewings through to completion! Highly recommended

GoogleTime wasters! Not really worth dealing with people who can't manage their own worktime and deliberately wasting other people time especially now ! Poor attitude ,poor attention to details and only hard sale !I am taking my business elsewhere without a single blink of an eye !

Dear Richard, It is such a shame that you have chose to dispute the withdrawal fee you have to pay having changed your mind after we had carried out all the checks, photographs, brochure details etc etc, especially after we sold the same property of yours in 2018 which you then decided not to sell after 2 years of having our branch owner out numerous times after closing hours of the office. Unfortunately for you, all agents have a withdrawal clause in their contracts to protect them from other agents stealing their properties and also to prevent time wasters however for a seller, it is there for you to be able to change your mind within 14 days. However, you waived the right to change your mind without a small fee payable when you signed that part of the agreement.
