Hi all Would like to say a massive thank you to Josh for helping us buy our new home ..he's been professional and friendly from the first evening we met him .going all out to show us around 2 different properties even working late to make sure our viewings weren't rushed ..Josh had the answers to our questions which we found really helpful .He has dealt with everything from us putting in offers to exchanged and completion ..Town property have kepted in touch with us throughout covid 19 lockdown and as soon as the office was re opened Josh was back in touch with us making sure we were ok .we are moving in our new home in a couple of days ..So want to thank Josh for all his help and kindness and making our journey to our new home a good one ..we would definitely use town property again and would recommend them to you all ...PositiveProfessionalism

Town property sold my property and I also bought my new property through them. We've just exchanged contracts thanks to their continued persistence. With 7 in the chain it wasn't easy, but they were 100% on top of everything. They were also great in getting people through the door for viewings and generated a lot of interest around our property. I would recommend them to anyone selling a property in Eastbourne and would certainly use them again (although I hope I never need to!). Particular thanks to Will Harrington and Adrian Palmer.

Brilliant service. We bought our first home with Town Property 3 years ago and were so pleased with the service they were our first choice when we decided to sell. I have used this company twice and they were appalling Even when I had cash buyer and a good lawyer who was very helpful they could not help me somewhere to live I found a nice flat with them but it was impossible to get a second viewing or ask questions yet I had cash However as a seller I think are pretty good but not for buyers
