I've rented out my property in Eastbourne with Town Rentals for the past 4 years and SO GRATEFUL I found them. Everything has been flawless, including communication, response times and organising repairs/cleaning/check-outs. The ladies on the team are also very friendly and deserve every bit of success. Before coming to Town Rentals, I was with a different rentals company in Eastbourne for two years and it was literally a NIGHTMARE! As a first time buyer, Town Property made what should have been a daunting experience smooth and easy. From start to finish, I felt reassured and confident in my decision. The team weren’t sales-like in their approach, but more like friendly guides. Tyrone Bruce was particularly accommodating with all my viewing requests and novice questions! Having Toby (the mortgage broker) in the office meant that everything was so streamlined and communicated. The whole process can be summed up by the completion date when, within 30 minutes of completion being confirmed by solicitors, Town Property had the keys ready for me to collect in a thoughtful “congratulations” envelope, with lots of smiles and congratulations at the office. They are a super friendly, efficient, honest and considerate team - I’d recommend them to anyone!

I am 110% totally impressed with the Town Property Team. From the very first call to Paul and appointment with Robert last Summer to our Exchange of Contracts last week - hooray - I have had an absolutely first class and professional service. Right from the beginning our property details were extremely thorough and top class photos taken for advertising purposes. I was very impressed from our very first appointment and felt confident that these guys will be giving the sale of my property their all. With the re-assurance from the outset that these guys were giving this their best, at no point, throughout the process did they present me with any worries or concerns. For me, this is extremely important. I can only deal with people that I know will give me their best service. Communication skills were brilliant. This is also really important to me and I can only deal with a business if their Values align with mine. My calls were always returned, everyone was incredibly easy to talk to, professional, friendly and kind. Even when buyer number 2 pulled out right at the last minute and I was genuinely very disappointed. The Team at Town Property were straight on this for me, showing more people round my property, within 24 hours, and because of their instant action, I had the re-assurance I was in the best possible hands. A new offer was made that day and we were all straight back on with our sale and purchase.
