Booked a flat viewing with strong intention to purchase quickly, in a good position, nothing to sell and substantial deposit. Received a phone call on the morning of the viewing when I was already travelling from Essex to view,stating that the viewing was cancelled. Vague reasons given which I did not fully understand the explanation for cancellation as it was rushed,and felt like waffle.Wasted nearly £50 in train fares and my time. Put me off trying to buy through this estate agency. Would not recommend.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Tyrone for our first purchase. His knowledge of the local market massively helped us when out viewing properties. He recommended some additional houses to view of which one we fell in love with and ended up buying! We never had to chase for updates as we were always kept fully in the loop even with a small hiccup at the end (no fault of Tyrone’s). Thank you so much and when we sell we will definitely be coming back to Town Property

I’m a bit stingy when it comes to star ratings, (ask the eBay sellers I buy from…) but the 5 star ratings I’ve given for staff at Town Property are well deserved. From the first visit to value, then on to getting the details and images right, getting the buyers visiting and achieving the sale has all been exemplary. We were also lucky enough to be buying through Town Property, that was also dealt with extremely well. All communication was dealt with quickly, professionally and with the right amount of familiarity. Any issues (caused by others in the chain, not by Town Property) was quickly discussed with us and a solution or way forward found. There was never the feeling of information being kept from us. I can do nothing but recommend Town Property to those selling, and if you find a property to buy at this estate agent, I believe you will be treated fairly and honestly.

James Bell went above and beyond in terms of my expectations, he is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable about all aspects of the business, but where he excelled was in the customer service aspect of his role. There were several times throughout the 6 month process, from offers to exchange, where it looked as though an issue could have compromised or even stopped the process. There was even, sad to say, poor performance from two different solicitors in the chain, but at every step of the way James constantly kept in contact with me, even when there was no specific information to update me on, to reassure me, demonstrate empathy, and keep me sane! I have no hesitation in strongly recommending him, and therefore Town Flats!

I have just had a thoroughly positive experience with Town Property . The property sold quickly in a very competitive market, and, importantly, at the price I wanted. From the outset the approach was straight-talking, factual and realistic. No hype, no nonsense, just clear advice and solid execution. This was very much a team effort, and it showed. I was only in the UK briefly to list the property and was back in Australia for most of the process, which could easily have made things stressful. It wasn’t. Special mention to the lead agent, Russell Wing, whose handling of the entire process was exemplary. His communication was outstanding, regular, calm and proactive, often going out of his way to bridge time zone differences, including calls after 11:00pm his time. That level of commitment made all the difference. What could have been a nerve-wracking experience from the other side of the world was anything but. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Town Property Estate & Letting.

Tyrone is the best estate agent I have ever come across, he’s professional, personable and truly seeks out the best for you. He is thorough, constantly follows up every enquiry, chases relevant parties to stop processes dragging often building up a positive rapport with all parties to facilitate positive communication. I have been down avenues in terms of selling and buying properties with Tyrone over the past year, it’s been a long and often tedious process I imagine somewhat frustrating for many estate agents but he never seemed put out no matter how many times I asked to view the property! Some aspects of the purchase process I was unfamiliar with, he was very patient and clear with explaining everything involved.

I've rented out my property in Eastbourne with Town Rentals for the past 4 years and SO GRATEFUL I found them. Everything has been flawless, including communication, response times and organising repairs/cleaning/check-outs. The ladies on the team are also very friendly and deserve every bit of success. As a first time buyer, Town Property made what should have been a daunting experience smooth and easy. From start to finish, I felt reassured and confident in my decision. The team weren’t sales-like in their approach, but more like friendly guides. Tyrone Bruce was particularly accommodating with all my viewing requests and novice questions! Having Toby (the mortgage broker) in the office meant that everything was so streamlined and communicated. The whole process can be summed up by the completion date when, within 30 minutes of completion being confirmed by solicitors, Town Property had the keys ready for me to collect in a thoughtful “congratulations” envelope, with lots of smiles and congratulations at the office. They are a super friendly, efficient, honest and considerate team - I’d recommend them to anyone!

The company was very efficient, if we needed calling back, someone always did in a short space of time.
