Selling our flat through Town Properties was an absolute breeze from start to finish. We are so grateful to the entire team for how smoothly everything was handled. Thank you to everyone involved! However, I have to give a special shout-out to our estate agent, Lewis Greathead. He was truly amazing, and I honestly couldn’t fault him at all. From our very first interaction, Lewis was consistently polite, professional, and a genuine pleasure to talk to. He made what can be a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable. I cannot recommend Lewis highly enough to anyone looking to sell. If you want someone who is both highly capable and incredibly personable, he is your man!

Throughout the process of selling our house, Town Property have been super efficient and supportive. I was acting for my daughter , in selling her flat . I found all the staff that I had dealings with , at Town Property , to were most helpful, professional, pro active and efficient in the service they provided. On the day of the original exchange of signed contracts , our seemingly genuine purchaser chose to withdrew their offer . Town Property were most emphatic and provided us up a prospective purchaser within days. George handled the original offer and was most helpful to me. I Thoroughly recommend him . After having my property listed with a different agent for a number of months, it became clear they had overvalued it just to win the business and get it on the market. A friend recommended Town Property. Louise was my first point of contact, and she was very reassuring that her team could get me an offer. From the moment Simon came to value the property, he was professional, straightforward, and listed it at a reasonable fee. I had several viewings, and the office staff provided me with detailed feedback after each one. I also received weekly updates on how the property was performing online. As we approached Christmas, I assumed I would be stuck with the property until the New Year. However, Tyrone went above and beyond and secured a sale for me over the asking price. *Amazing service* Firstly we began with meeting Todd the Sales Manager, he came prepared with local listings/sales and took into consideration all aspects of the home and location. He was able to get the home photographed and listed promptly so that we could begin to view houses ourselves. We then got introduced to Tyrone who is one of the selling team at the Eastbourne branch. From booking viewings, negotiating a price and continued contacted throughout the process, Tyrone was honestly outstanding in all aspects, even brief emails/calls simply to keep me updated was very refreshing.

Tyrone was very helpful and informative every step of the way. Replied very quickly to any queries and helped push the process along when things were going slowly. He knew more than the solicitors most of the time! As FTB there were some things we were worried about/didn't know and Tyrone was happy to ease our concerns or inform where we didn't know. We are FTB and only used to estate agents when renting properties. All of the past experiences have been bad, with estate agents taking ages to reply, lying or not knowing what they were talking about. Tyrone has definitely changed our opinion on estate agents!

The whole experience was amazing. From booking the viewings, showing us the properties, making the offer to the seller till exchanging the contracts the real estate agent was great. The quality of the service was second to none. We were really impressed with Adrian Palmer’s knowledge, patience and understanding of what our needs were. Altogether across all of the estate agents in Eastbourne, I think me and my partner ended up viewing atleast 40 properties, however we knew that we would end up taking a property with Town property. The properties available with your company were of higher standard, the estate agents were friendly and approachable and any information we required was readily available. Lauren has been absolutely incredible. We are honestly so glad she gave us the keys to our new home. It's been a journey and an adventure and she was with us every step of the way. She even went above and beyond and provided transport with a 'girls trip' when it was needed to view a couple of apartments, including the one we ended up purchasing. Disappointed with the service. We found a property through Town Rentals and showed interest immediately. We called multiple times for details, arranged a viewing (where the agent arrived late), and later submitted our application. There was an issue with my husband's visa share code, it wasn’t working due to a small spelling mistake. But the main problem was that the agent never informed us unless we called them ourselves. Even though they knew we were very interested, they didn’t bother updating us or guiding us about the code issue. Because of their lack of communication and support, we lost the property and wasted an entire week. Very poor experience, we expected better professionalism from a letting agency. Edit new updates for your reply Dear Paul, Thank you for your response. I respectfully disagree with some of the points you mentioned. your colleague asked for documents that I had already provided earlier. The way this situation was handled felt unfair and unprofessional. I understand that landlords make the final decision, but the lack of basic courtesy and organisation from your team was the reason I left an honest 1-star review. I hope you take this feedback seriously to avoid such experiences for future applicants.

I strongly advise against using Town Rentals' letting team. Their process is misleading and unfair. I work full-time with a contract for 40 hours per week and consistently work beyond that. I even offered to provide 12 months' worth of payslips to verify my income. The 2nd applicant started a new job and is in a probationary period, which I clearly explained to them. They never mentioned probation would be an issue but later used it as a reason to reject us. On top of that, they accused me of providing false/misleading details - an outrageous and baseless claim. There was a lack of transparency throughout the process. If they had simply told us upfront that they wouldn't accept someone on probation, we wouldn't have proceeded with the application and lost our money. Instead, they had us sign a document stating that if referencing failed, we wouldn't get the holding deposit back. This felt like a trap. For £219, you lost the trust of atleast one person, and I will never recommend your letting services to any one. Do not trust them - Check everything yourself before paying. This review is solely about the "RENTAL" team.

Todd was the first person we met when he visited us at my mums house. He was very informative but also understood due to an injury that my mum was vulnerable and care would br required whilst the sale abd purchase took place. Todd also helped us find her forever home and this was all within a week of our property being put on the market.
