Honestly the best rental experience I have had, from property viewing all the way to handing back the keys at the end of my tenancy the process was painless. Every issue I had was resolved in a timely manner and the customer service received was next level. I never once felt like I was being scammed and had my deposit returned in full at the end of my tenancy without having to fight for it (unheard of in my experience!). I only have positive things to say and would highly recommend Town Property to anyone.

Experts in their field - would 100% recommend! We have sold properties in the past and this was hands-down the best estate agency we have ever used. The service was priced fairly. All the staff were professional and friendly. We were given useful advice from initial meeting to exchange of contracts. Excellent communication was maintained. They did everything in their power to get our property sold.

My experience of Town Property from the beginning has been great. As a a first time buyer I've looked at a fair few properties via them and they have always been incredibly accommodating and informative. Rob's customer service was exceptional and he was approachable throughout the full experience. He was always there to help as and when required and did his best to ensure the transaction moved smoothly. Thank you again!

Absolutely 5 star experience, Robert Hammond came round to my house on Friday 10th February to measure up and take photos, was advised that the house would officially be put on the market on Monday 13th Feb, and that my agent would be Tyrone Bruce. Saturday 11th February I received a phone call from Tyrone asking if it would be ok to do some viewings that day, ended up being 3 viewings and not even officially on the market yet, of course this was fine. Monday 13th Feb got a phone call saying great news, you've had 2 offers, and one for full asking price, I was amazed, I thought it would be on for months, I joked saying we obviously put it on for too little, but knew we'd put it on for just the right amount. It had been my birthday on Saturday so also said what a lovely birthday present 😂. Contracts exchanged on 17th March and completion on 30th March, Tyrone advised this has been quickest sale he's had since doing this job 6.5wks, what a pleasure it's been. Thank you everyone at Town Property.

Based on the experiences of friends/family, I was under the impression that the process of getting suitable accommodation for a young family was very hectic. I was surprised that this wasn't the case based on the help we got from Town Property in securing a place to rent! The service was outstanding and issues that needed attending to were resolved in a timely manner. Thank you Town Property team!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Tyrone & George at Town property have been really helpful the whole way through. At time it may of got sticky through no fault of their own, however we worked together and overcome the issues. My situation may have been one of the more complicated flat sales they have done due to new regs regarding EWS1 and change of freeholder, however many agents may have walked away at certain times. Thankfully Town were persistent and got us over the line. Highly recommend!!

We can't thank Will Harrington enough for all his hard work and effort he has put into helping us get our first property. He is efficient, friendly and very helpful. We have not had the best experience with buying our first property but Will has always been there for us if we need him! He is a great attribute to Town Property. Thank you to everyone at Town Property for their input too. Would definitely recommend this company to go to. Kimberley and Neil Illsley
