GoogleAdrian and Simon were exceptionally helpful. I struggled to get down to Eastbourne but selling my elderly aunt's flat was a breeze with their help. They went out of their way to help me and we achieved the sale very quickly. Their help didn't stop once the sale had happened. Adrian helped me get meter readings, collect keys etc. all of which would have been extremely problematic without assistance.

He would always chase matters up on my behalf, would always keep me updated with how everything was progressing and would answer any queries I had. He did all of this with a friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner. This is indicative of all my dealings with Town and I can't recommend them enough.

GoogleFriendly, efficient and professional service. I was selling a flat which I had bought through them 18 years earlier. The negotiator I dealt with then was still there!! The sale was not a straightforward one, as it involved a resident tenant and a lease extension. They secured a buyer for me on the first viewing. It was agreed just before the Covid-19 lockdown, so not the easiest time to sell, but the staff here went above and beyond during this time to ensure the sale progressed smoothly, providing a reliable point of contact between myself and the buyer throughout. GoogleHaving previously worked in lettings myself in London, I choose very carefully from a selection of agents when I arrived in Eastbourne. Over 8 years I have always found Town Rentals to offer a quality service and provide a good standard of tenants. They are always friendly, but professional and I have found them be flexible to meet my particular needs. I feel my property is well looked after and my concerns over management are eased.

GoogleBuying and selling a house is very stressful but Town Property do everything they can to make life easier, they are knowledgeable professional and above all committed to getting the best for their clients. This is the third time we have used Town Property and we keep coming back for this reason In our latest move the upward chain very complex and Adrian did an amazing job of keeping everyone in the loop and rallying round to get things on track. I called to visit 6 properties, since I need to buy cash, a property, and after 5 days they told me that they were not accepting more visits because they were all in review of offer. I asked them to please send me the properties they did have available and they never responded to my email.

GoogleCould not recommend Town Property enough after the sale of my house. The process was straight forward from the valuation, to the sale and completion! They kept the sale going as smooth as possible and chased the chain and solicitors when the process was dragging due to solicitors. They will be my go to if I need to deal with an estate agent again.

GoogleFirst and last time i would deal with this Agent, we were purchasing a property through them ,completed all the searches spent money with our solicitor almost to point of exchange when they decided to drop us in favour of another buyer Just like that , left us without a property and our purchaser unable to continue with our's and he is a client of their's so they deliberately let him down as well. My awful experience of this agent showed me the customer is of no consequence to them just a quick commision. They have cost us a lot of money and they dont care at all , they are cold and ruthless. Beware. PS If you dont leave a rating you cant post but believe me 1 star is way too much.
Dear Mr McCartney I apologise for the delay in replying, I have been away on vacation. I have looked into this matter and spoken to my colleague who dealt with this transaction. Unfortunately there were delays with your own sale with the survey getting booked and your property was then down valued and your sale fell through. Our vendor therefore asked us to re-market the property you were purchasing through ourselves. You did secure another buyer, but they were releasing funds from another property so our vendor asked us to keep the property on the market. We did advise you of this. Unfortunately a first time buyer then viewed the property and made an acceptable offer. We were only carrying out our vendors instructions and advised you of the situation. Unfortunately in these situations it is always the agent that gets the blame, when in reality we have only carried out our vendors instructions. I am truly sorry you were not happy with this situation, but it really was out of our hands. I wish you every success in selling your property and your onward move. GoogleCancel viewing a property last minute. We arrived at the property on time, I called them to inform that we were already in the area and was just informed that time that the landlord had chosen already.

Unfortunately rental properties are going so quickly and the landlord wished to accept a tenant and did not want anymore viewings.
