GoogleCancel viewing a property last minute. We arrived at the property on time, I called them to inform that we were already in the area and was just informed that time that the landlord had chosen already.
Dear Ida. Apologies that this appointment was cancelled at short notice. Unfortunately rental properties are going so quickly and the landlord wished to accept a tenant and did not want anymore viewings. I am sorry you felt the need to post this review as this was out of our hands, but if we can help with any other properties please do get in touch with us.

GoogleOn trying to sell our property, Town property never returned calls, never updated us on progress, and were not personable or professional. We felt like we were intruding should we dare to call them. Agents showing us around properties for sale were not clued up about property and didn't seem interested in assisting unless a sale seemed imminent. Staff very aggressive and showed no skills in dealing with people. Very disappointing service and experience.
Dear Mrs Harris I am very surprised to receive your negative comments as we have updated you on 6 occasions. We also arranged 3 viewings on your property and updated you after the viewings. Furthermore once you had agreed a sale on your property you also agreed to purchase a property through ourselves, but you subsequently lost your buyer. However, we would like to wish you every success in securing a move in the future. Kind regards Paul Denness Managing Director.

GoogleWe had quite a complicated buying process and the service we received was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and when James (the main agent) was away his colleague Adrian picked up the case and helped in every way he could. Thanks so much, hopefully we don't sell anytime soon but if we do, we'll use Town Property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe have had good experience of Town Property previously as they assisted us in the sale of two neighbour's bungalows on their behalf. On this occasion it was to assist us in the sale of an end of terrace house that we owned. The sale was not a straightforward one and the service and support we received throughout was excellent. Many thanks to the team involved.
Dear Malcolm. Thank you for your fantastic review, we are so pleased you were happy with our service.
