GoogleOn trying to sell our property, Town property never returned calls, never updated us on progress, and were not personable or professional. We felt like we were intruding should we dare to call them. Agents showing us around properties for sale were not clued up about property and didn't seem interested in assisting unless a sale seemed imminent. Staff very aggressive and showed no skills in dealing with people. Very disappointing service and experience.

Furthermore once you had agreed a sale on your property you also agreed to purchase a property through ourselves, but you subsequently lost your buyer. GoogleI have been deal with Town rentals property and rent flat for 1 year in Eastbourne. So far I never had major issues, everything went smooth till the rent is end of contract . Nothing was too much trouble and when James (the main agent) was away his colleague Adrian picked up the case and helped in every way he could.
