Town Flats sold my flat for me back in 2009. The service I received was first rate, from the initial visit and valuation from Simon right through to completion working with James. The team were keen to help and got my property out to their network immediately. Within a week my flat had sold for the asking price! We then used Town Financial to sort out our mortgage on the new house, which all went through quickly. I can't recommend them enough.

Having used Town Property to buy our first home recently, we have been 100% happy with the service we received. Though primarily dealing with James (who was excellent!), any queries etc I had with other members of staff along the way were also dealt with very promptly and professionally. All in all, TP helped our first buying experience to go as smoothly as possible - based on the service we received, I would certainly recommend dealing with them.

James and his colleagues go above and beyond to provide a first class service. Why bother with other agents when Town Property are available? Competitive fees, excellent communication and thorough. Could not be more pleased.

I would highly recommend Town Property. The service they provide is outstanding and very professional. Their communication is impeccable which is vital when selling a home. They achieved a full asking price only a number of days after listing my property. Everyone that I have spoken/dealt with in their office has been superb. Thank you so much to all at town property for the service you have provided us.

Our agent did his best to make the experience smooth and hassle-free. When there were delays (external factors/third parties) he was prompt in communicating those, and also chasing up to keep momentum going. The agent was polite, professional, warm and solution driven. Very grateful to have had him helping us through the process of buying our first home!

A fantastic service from very polite, helpful and friendly staff. Although I went on the market just before Christmas, by mid January I had an offer. A professional company I would have no hesitation in recommending. In addition they recommended a local solicitors who were first rate.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
