GoogleThis is an honest review as am not paid to give 5 stars If I have to give something less than this I would most definitely. The treatment is very unprofessional. The staff is very chaotic they are not aware with legal situations to the point that you have to explain everything to them. They don’t take applications seriously and they can waste your time without any consideration. I advise everyone to avoid dealing with this agency and I hope everyone wouldn’t experience my horrible situation that this agency have put me in. I had to reply here as I wouldn’t tolerate bad treatment and lies as well. I have never been informed that there was another applicant except 2 hrs prior to “landlord’s decision” so I wasted 10 to 14 days without doing any searches because of this. I had to explain to your colleague many things about my work/permit situation and how it shouldn’t delay any progress Everything that I have been asked to sign and send was done in time even the form of taking the apartment without seeing Instead of trying to find reasons for messing the whole situation up, I would suggest a constructive feedback and improvement of the professionalism among your agency
Dear Ahmad. I am extremely disappointed to receive your review and find your comments unjust. Town Rentals have been trying to help you secure a suitable property as soon as possible. As you may be aware, the rental market is extremely fast paced and although we did not receive all the relevant information from you, we still put your application to the landlord together with another application we had received (which we informed you of). As my colleague explained, unfortunately the landlord opted to proceed with the other applicant. The holding deposit was not requested or received at any stage from you. Please be advised that the market is moving extremely quickly and we are required to go through the necessary channels to ensure we are compliant. I would also like to make it clear that no one is paid to leave us a review. I am aware my colleague is continuing to inform you of any properties that become available that meet your requirements. GoogleEveryone was acting very professional, initial appointment was booked really quick on a day to suit me. Manager attending the meeting was very polite and patient answering all my questions. All the process and costs involved was explained properly right at the beginning and there was no hidden costs. I was kept informed all the time during the whole process of the sale, via regular phone calls. All in all I felt in safe hands dealing with professional people. Thank you

GoogleI cannot fault Town Property - from initial consultation on our property valuation, market conditions and their professional opinion on its appeal to the market right through to exchange, they have been faultless. They understand the property market and the journey buyers and sellers go on throughout the process, and are always readily available to talk. The process is not always a smooth ride (not through Town's fault) and they continued to work in a really professional manner, through the ups and downs with a constant line of communication. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.
